Modern apartment, air conditioned, 2 rooms for 2 to 4 people, 2nd floor with elevator in the Wellness residence, Cap d'Agde. View of the tennis courts. Kitchen corner equipped: Nespresso coffee maker, fridge with freezer, induction plate and microwave. In the living room, a quick sofa 2 people. In the bedroom, a bed in 160 cm. Bathroom with toilet. Terrace. Very well equipped residence: swimming pool (from 1st June), common gym, shared laundry room: washing machine and dryer. Parking #49.Tourist tax to be paid max 6.62 euros/day/adult person. File fee 29 euros (except Poplidays customers). Made-up beds and toilet towels provided. Departure household included. Arrival from 5pm to 7pm, you have 24 hours to report any malfunction. Departure before 11:00. From 3 nights onwards, please let us know your RC certificate or the insurance costs 24 euros (except for Pontlidays customers).
