Completely renovated, this cottage in Rochefort-sur-Loire features a comfortable living room with a television, complemented by a new and functional kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). There is a separate toilet. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm), and an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, vanity unit, hairdryer). Outside: a wooden terrace with matching garden furniture and a barbecue to enjoy the beautiful weather.

The owners of the cottage live in the adjoining house and can provide information on the region's attractions. Two holiday apartments are also available on this 3-hectare wooded property, where you can wander freely along the paths, around a small pond (unsecured, with the possibility of roach fishing for the little ones), and meet the owners' dog and cat.

For your comfort: beds will be made upon arrival, towels are provided, and end-of-stay cleaning and heating are included.

Baby equipment is available upon request: travel cot, high chair, and baby bath. A 160x190cm sofa bed can be provided as an extra bed at an additional cost. Parking is available on the property.
