Idyllic Swedish-style holiday home right on Lake Krakow in a small holiday home area with its own beach, bathing and boat dock. Ideal for relaxing, fishing, hiking, relaxing and swimming. Boat and bicycle rentals nearby.

On the ground floor of the house there is a living room with a fireplace, many books and games, TV with DVD player, radio with CD player, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (cooker, extractor hood, oven, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, toaster) , Dishwasher), and a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed. From the living room and the dining area you have a beautiful view of the lake. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The upper floor, separated by a glass wall, contains two further single beds and a sitting area.

The terrace with lake view includes garden furniture, deck chairs, a parasol and a grill.

The lake with its own beach and boat and bathing jetty is only a few meters away. There is a boat rental nearby and a small restaurant is about a 5-10 minute walk away. An adventure playground is about 100m away in the holiday complex.

The center of Krakow am See with shops and other restaurants can be reached on foot in about 15-20 minutes. The area offers many excursions for every taste.

The price includes accommodation, water consumption, color TV, WiFi, parking space.
Minimum rental period in the main season from mid-June to early September and in the holiday seasons is one week, the remaining four nights.

To be paid on site: Electricity costs according to consumption (€ 0.35 per kWh), final cleaning (€ 40.00, for pets € 20.00 surcharge) and visitor's tax (May to September € 1.50 per person per day).
Deposit: € 100 per stay, payable on arrival.
Bed linen and towels are to be brought along, but bed linen can also be rented for € 8 per set and stay (bed linen and towels for € 10) if ordered in advance.

Smoking is not permitted in the house (non-smoking house).
Pets only allowed on request.
No parties, no events, no youth groups.
Change: every Saturday, arrival from 4:00 p.m., departure by 10:00 a.m., other appointments outside the high season possible by arrangement.
