Perfect Getaway

A Break from the hustle and bustle

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting on the front patio and watching for deer and wild turkeys. Victoria was a wonderful host and very accommodating! We would love to return some time!

So Relaxing!!

We were so pleased with everything about this property. It is absolutely gorgeous! It had everything we needed. It was in a private location and a perfect place to relax. The owner was wonderful in communicating and in providing all the little details to make our trip perfect. We definitely will be staying here again!

Very unique and nice place to stay

I chose to stay there because I was going to be at the Carolina Motorsports Track which was about 20 minutes away and wanted an out of the way, but upscale place to stay. Perfect quiet get away to relax at after a long day at the track. Victoria was very gracious and accommodating, making it a point to come by after I arrived to go over everything in the place.

Country escape

A well appointed and unique accommodation. Spotless and all the extras you need for a short stay. Beautiful country setting. All glass wall on one side with large glass slider on the other. Early risers will love the natural sunlight that pours into the space. A beautiful spiral staircase to the loft bedroom looks out the the glass wall. Super responsive owner to help with anything you need.

Deborah and her husband were great guests. They left the guesthouse in super clean condition and had great communication. They loved the extras we provide and the peaceful, quietness of the property. It is on a country road on 5 acres so very private. Great for a weekend getaway or long stay. Much larger then the pictures.

Our Version of Paradise!

This is our second time staying at Red Fox Farms Guest House. We really enjoyed our time there. It is a quiet oasis away from the chaos of the world. It is close enough to restaurants and entertainment to be convenient but not so close that you feel like you can’t get away from it all. The owners are so nice and very accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable! I cannot say enough amazing things about our stay and our overall experience.

Very kind and helpful owner met us at property to give info on rental. Quiet, very near some nature walks in the woods. Wanted to use the hammock but had been ripped by previous renter or age. Owner apologized and said she'd replace. Listing accurate and place very clean and peaceful. Would book again.

A jewel in Lancaster with wonderful hosts

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO property and can’t recommend it enough! The location is a beautiful country retreat, surrounded by picturesque hay bales, gentle cows, horses, and even adorable donkeys—such a peaceful, serene setting. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. What really impressed us was how modern and comfortable the property was, despite being off the grid. Powered entirely by solar panels and with well water, it felt both eco-friendly and luxurious at the same time. We had all the amenities we needed, and the off-the-grid experience was surprisingly seamless. This property is a true gem, and we will absolutely make it a priority to stay here again whenever we’re in the Lancaster, SC area. Get away

Perfect peaceful country setting. Victoria was wonderful. She met me when I arrived and gave me a quick overview of the place. She made suggestions of places to eat nearby; Grandma’s Cafe is as she described. It looks like a dive but the food is good. I stumbled across the site of the Buford Massacre about 3 miles up the road. Interesting piece of history. I like history so was glad to run across this. The town of Waxhaw is cute; I would like to explore it more. I came here to visit my granddaughter who lives in Lancaster and it was perfect for me. My husband and I sold our farm and for the past three years have lived and traveled in our RV; this is the type of dwelling we will build one day. Get out and see this country, it is beautiful.
