Swim at your own risk! No lifeguard on duty. No diving. No glass. Tenant takes full responsibility for any incidents that may occur.
Please clean up after your pets. There are poo bags in the garage. An additional $200 will be charged if any pet poo is left behind.
Please drive slowly through the neighborhood. This is a quiet, family friendly area with children and pets. You're on vacation time, no need to rush.

Very nice home in a great location and was close to my friends in Cape Coral and Ft. Meyers. I stayed for 8 weeks getting away from the Ohio winter. No complaints here! Candy was a great host and very personable. I would definitely stay here again.

Poolside Relaxation (Meticulous House, Super Friendly Owner)

My husband, doggo, and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, very clean home in a tranquil neighborhood. We based from here with other family nearby, and the location was perfect to meet up with others to explore the local area. The owner is very friendly and welcoming -- stay here if you get the chance! You won't be disappointed!

This was our second stay here! Candy made us feel at home and cared for! The house was perfect for our needs, exceptionally clean and in a fabulous location! The fenced in backyard and pool were a huge plus for us and our fur babies. Definitely a home away from home!!!

Fantastic stay in a quiet neighborhood. Very easy access to all essentials.

The house had everything we needed for our week-long stay. The house was clean and ready for us. The pool and yard was clean and tidy as well. The host was easily accessible and checked in on us via phone periodically to make sure things were going well. Overall this was one of our best rental experiences.

The home was very clean, pool was great. Fenced yard for our dog. Free fruit falling off the tree in backyard! Conveniently located for restaurants, grocery store and beaches. Owner super nice and there in a snap if needed. Neighbors were friendly too.

Lovely house near the beach

Very clean lovely little house with a great pool in a quiet and safe neighborhood. My only issue was that the air conditioning was having a hard time keeping the house cool because of the single pane windows but we fixed it by closing every blind we could find and put up some additional curtains. Owner allows dogs which enabled us to see our Mom/grandmother on her 90th birthday. Very quiet and lovely.

In 2021 I was fortunate enough to purchase my first home. While waiting for my apartment lease to end, I decided to rent this home on VRBO. People loved it and I loved hosting. It was only for a short while and soon I had to move in. 2022 Hurricane Ian came through and destroyed most of everything I had, but I came back better and stronger and so did my home. I miss hosting and want to share my home with people to help create beautiful memories. So beginning January 2026 I will be taking bookings again. I look forward to hosting you and your family!

This well maintained area has "old florida" charm. Take an evening stroll through this quiet and family oriented neighborhood or stroll down McGregor Blvd. around the block to millionaire row on the Caloosahatchee River. It is also a perfect area for riding bicycles.
