Beautiful, newly renovated ranch with private pool, 25 minutes from the beach.

This beautifully remodeled home will definitely add enjoyment to your stay in the heart of Fort Myers. Our location is off of McGregor Royal Palms Corridor, south of the Fort Myers downtown!

House features open concept fully equipped kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, very comfortably accommodating six guest- kids are more than welcome. Laundry, hi-speed internet and a heated swimming pool with a pool cage. There is plenty of space to dine, play and relax! Hulu, Amazon TV, premium You Tube and Disney +, Samsung TV are included with your visit.

This is a family vacation and/or couple retreat property.
Tournaments, kids sport events and family celebrations or whatever the happy reasons brings you to our neighborhood -are welcome.

We are located walking distance to the local favorites; McGregor Caffe ( breakfast and lunch), Pizza & Deli ( across Terra Palma) and Cristof's restaurant, 4 min drive to Edison & Ford Winter Estates and 5 min to the famous Fort Myers, River District with lots of stores and restaurants.
Edison Mall is just around the corner. Fort Myers beach and Sanibel are 25 minutes away.

For safety and security of our guests we have ring-bell at the front door as well as the security camera. Other cameras are located above the garage door, laundry room door, pool equipment and at the side gate.

If rental is more than 30 days we are required a deep cleaning fee of $120 in addition to the standard $240 fee.

Back again!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and a little vacation. This property is in a quiet and settled area and the pool is great for a little dip after a long day in the heat! Very clean with everything you need for a great stay! Owners are easy to get in touch with if you need anything. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place

This ranch was beautifully remodeled with a huge kitchen, nice living room and 3 bedrooms. Along with a cozy back porch and warm pool. Would definitely come here again! Very homey house!

We came to Ft. Myers for a family wedding. Mi Casa Court was absolutely beautiful! The house was spotless, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need, and the pool was perfect! The host was incredibly responsive and it was a wonderful experience! Would definitely rent again in the future! ❤️

When we first walked in we thought we were the first guests to stay here, it was that spotless! Furniture was beautiful, kitchen well stocked, beautiful decorating. The covered lanai and screened in pool was fantastic. So much space and an abundance of towels. Perfect!

The graduation

Our family was able to have an extra place to visit and relax during the grafuation of our grandaughter.we needed an extra day then expected due to a need that my husband stay another day.we asked if possible and it was easily arrainaged.I would definately stay here again if available again.thank you

Charming and Bright

We traveled from MN and absolutely enjoyed our stay in Fort Myers! The home was welcoming, beautiful, charming, clean, and plenty of space for our group of four. The pool was delightful, and super helpful to have everything we might need to enjoy days at the beach (e.g. umbrella, chairs, towels, etc). Mark and Joanna were a pleasure to communicate with, responsive and helpful through our visit.

Beautiful house with responsive host

My family really enjoyed the open floor plan and especially the modern kitchen. The host was very responsive and helpful. We were attending an event at The Landings and could make it there in about 10 minutes. Overall a great experience.

Perfect for us!

We absolutely loved staying at Mi Casa. Spacious and absolutely spotless for our 4 adults (ages 21 to 79) and could have comfortably had 1-2 more join us. It was fun to discover a different neighborhood than previous stays and this was a perfect location for what we wanted to do. There were extra airport runs and it was no issue at all from here. We come for MLB Spring Training, not the beach this time of year. Having the pool and patio areas for late afternoons/evenings was really nice. Great temps and bug free. Also great communication with the hosts. They really have a special spot here and it is nice to feel so welcomed. We all agreed we would love to return!

Excellent home and great location

We were two couples staying in Fort Myers for two weeks in early November. The home is quite spacious with a very nice layout. It is in a lovely and quiet neighborhood yet very close to restaurants and shopping. We were in town for a baseball tournament and we could easily and quickly reach all of the fields from this location. It is well furnished and recently renovated. The kitchen is nicely updated and well stocked. The outdoor area/pool is comfortable and relaxing. The owners were quick to respond to any questions/issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home and would highly recommend.

Best experience EVER

My family and I were more than pleased with the accommodations at Mi Casa. The home is beautiful, extremely clean, and provides a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom needs. I absolutely loved their hospitality as they were responsive and supportive of any needs. The linens and towels were high quality and smelled AMAZING. The pool was warm, clean, and lit up at night. My daughter absolutely loved the pool and how accommodating it was. The location is perfect as it is located away from the traffic and near the beautiful water and lots of restaurants, downtown, and not too far from the airport. We would love to stay again.

The Mi Casa stay

This property was amazing! If you’re in town for a baseball tournament at Jet Blue Park and surrounding fields. This is the place for you. Easy access to all fields. Beautiful, and clean home. Will definitely stay again for our next visit. Owners were helpful and easily available.

Our stay on Mi Casa Court

The newly updated home was spacious for 5 people. The 2 king-sized beds were welcomed. We enjoyed the master bathroom. Our granddaughter loved the pool. The location was great for us to get to our places of interest. We would stay here again!

Relaxing in Ft Myers

We had a terrific week stay at this property in Ft. Myers. Great style in decor! Plenty of room for several guests with the three bedrooms. Master suite was great!

Awesome private home

We had a great experience with this property and our hosts. In a quiet neighborhood but still only a couple blocks to shopping, grocery, etc. the house was very clean and the renovations made it even better. We loved the private pool setting that had great patio furniture too. The hosts were very easy to contact and got back to us promptly if we had questions. Hope to stay there again, with our grown kids next time! Corey & monica
