House Rules for the Studio:
1. Illegal Activities: Any illegal activities, including prostitution, drug trafficking, and noise disturbance, are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate expulsion from the apartment without any refund.
2. Booking and Identity: The person who made the booking must be present at check-in and during the stay. Bookings for third parties are not accepted. A form of ID may be requested for each guest upon entry.
3. Number of Guests: The number of guests must match the booking. Any additional guests will incur a fee of 7 euros per night, per person, plus a flat rate surcharge of 15 euros per undeclared person.
4. Verified Airbnb Profile: We only accept bookings from verified Airbnb profiles.

5. Reporting Anomalies: Please report any anomalies found upon entering the premises, including broken furniture or malfunctioning equipment.
6. Cleanliness and Condition of the Property: The apartment must be returned in a clean state. An additional cleaning fee of 25 euros will be charged if this is not the case, and any damages will be deducted from the deposit.
7. Respecting Community Rules: Respect the rules of community living, including avoiding noise and odor disturbances, respecting common areas, and generally respecting the neighborhood.
