On the third floor, to the right of the steps is a bedroom with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom and private deck. To the left of the steps is a small loft area which can accommodate a twin-size air mattress, twin cot or pack and play (these items are NOT provided by the owner). It features hardwood floors on the living floor, contemporary kitchen and baths, and a great front deck perfect for enjoying the casual pace of Pleasure Avenue below while enjoying the breeze and sounds with a solid peak of the ocean.
