Beautiful condo on the 2nd floor facing one of the 2 ponds at Mirror Lake community. Large master bedroom, one guest bedroom each with it's one full bathroom. A key combination will be provided to access the unit. Each renter will be required to fill out an application for HOA. The application will be provided via email upon your booking $125/ per person or $150/ per couple. If your rental application is not approved by HOA, you can't stay in the unit. Therefore your booking becomes invalid. All tenants must follow HOA Rules and Regulations and sign a rental agreement. $500 refundable deposit required. Tenants will receive a parking pass from the HOA office. New years rentals starts on January 2nd.
