Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 67 m² flat with mountain views, which can accommodate up to 6 people, for rent in Riez. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 45 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment comprises
- 45 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- Mezzanine: bedroom with double bed (140×190) and bunk bed, TV
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Riez, in very pleasant surroundings. Nearby, you can enjoy all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Verdon, on the border between warm, tranquil Provence and the foothills of the Alps, Riez, a town full of character, welcomes you to an unspoilt environment.
The nearby Gorges du Verdon and Lac de Sainte-Croix offer a wealth of activities (pedalos, canoes, electric boats, swimming, etc....).
In Riez, everything is open to discovery.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the streets near the apartment.
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest airport: Marseille-Provence 100 km (approx. 1h25 by car)
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region.
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Stairs to apartment are steep.
- Free Wifi available.
- Pets accepted, for a supplement of 19€/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the apartment for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Please respect the neighbourhood by avoiding excessive noise.
