You will love this tastefully fully renovated apartment and its large 10m2 terrace in the city center, located in a pleasant neighborhood close to all shops and in a well-maintained building.
You will have a pleasant stay in Dracénie while relaxing in this apartment located on the 5th floor with an elevator.
Leave your car and take advantage of all the shops and activities that the city offers!
The apartment is a studio with a sleeping area, equipped with high-speed internet, fully renovated with taste, and is arranged as follows:
Entrance hall leading in front of you to:
An independent, fully equipped kitchen with storage, kitchenware, condiments, Nespresso coffee machine, combined microwave oven, ceramic hob, hood, washing machine, refrigerator/freezer, window.
To your left, the living room with a glass table for 4 people that can be used as a desk, a large living room with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV (TNT channels), a coffee table, and a magnificent view of the city.
From the living room, you access a balcony of nearly 10m2 equipped with garden chairs and a coffee table.
From the living room, you also access the sleeping area, which is 70% closed by a folding screen. This creates a separation from the living room, but the two rooms are not separated 100%. The bedroom has a double bed 140x190, bedside tables, and a storage closet.
From the sleeping area, you access the large bathroom, which consists of a walk-in shower with a glass partition, a designer vanity unit with storage drawers, toilet, and window.
The apartment is equipped with a portable air conditioner that can be moved from one space to another.
Travelers will have access to the entire apartment and its balcony.
We live in the city and are available for any questions or to visit if necessary.
The location of the accommodation is ideal, on a central street, which is close to all shops: cafes and bars at 100 meters, an exceptional pizza truck at 100 meters, artisan baker, butcher, supermarket, shops, wine cellar, press, bank, restaurants, and all shops within 200 meters.
Draguignan is a city of 40,000 inhabitants that has all the shops and amenities (theater, cinema, museums, bars and restaurants, etc.). It is surrounded by vineyards and beautiful Provençal villages and is only 45 minutes from the lakes and the Verdon Gorges, and 30 minutes from the sandy beaches (Fréjus, St Raphaël, St Aygulf, Ste Maxime), as well as 45 km from St Tropez, 1 hour from Cannes and Nice, and 1.5 hours from Monaco or Marseille.
You do not need a vehicle to get around; the accommodation is in the city center, and the bus station is 200 meters away.
You can use the free parking at the bus station, located just 200 meters from the accommodation. Street parking is free from 6 pm to 9 am and on Sundays and public holidays (parking meter). There is also an underground parking lot on Max Dormoy Street if you want to rent a reserved space.
