Oceanside, California's Top Vacation Rental Location. This is BrooksBeachVacations Premium Condo. This ocean and garden view condo has been fully redone to the highest luxury standards. The stunning remodeled kitchen features a SubZero refrigerator, Wolf oven and range, and Fisher & Paykel dishwasher as well as a quartz waterfall counter, sleek contemporary cabinets, and a gorgeous eye-catching mosaic backsplash. The kitchen and bath flooring is a taupe ceramic plank tile, and the living room and bedroom carpeting is a beautiful wave pattern. Combining an exciting variety of textures, colors, and fine finishes by Interior designer Connie Walsh of Design Lines Del Mar. Luxury and attention to detail. The living room has a 70-inch smart TV and a fireplace. The bedroom has a 55-inch smart TV. The wall-mounted smart TVs in the Bedroom and Living Room have Free Cable. The Living Room TV also has free HBO & Showtime. The bathroom has double sinks and a heated shower. This condo is for the discerning guest who loves boutique hotel luxury. TOT #125090

You have full access to the entire complex and everything NCV offers: pools, jacuzzis, gym, saunas, ping pong, pool tables, Fußball table, poolside barbeques, and feeding the fish at the giant Koi pond. There is 24-hour security roaming the property, and all guests must be registered with the security office to be on site. The private resort atmosphere makes it the perfect place for a family vacation and has kept families returning year after year.

Lovely! Everything was exactly as described!

Highly recommend this unit! Paul was a fantastic host! Everything was just as described! The complex was very well maintained with excellent security! Fitness Center was one of the best we’ve ever experienced! Pool area was great- chaises always available. Short walk to strand and beach area! And walking distance to restaurants! Would definitely stay here again!

We Had such a wonderful time staying in this beautiful condo. Our Host Paul Brooks was awesome to help us out with any questions or anything that we might need to make our trip fabulous…These condos are so close to the ocean, the condo was spotless, landscaping, pool, Jacuzzi’s, everything was so beautiful & well kept! Seriously we had a hard time deciding whether to stay at the condo, which felt like we were on a tropical island! Or spend the day on the beach! So we did a lot of both! Looking forward to our next trip. We highly recommend staying here! Thanks again Paul!

Little piece of Heaven

We just came for a few days to get away :) we had a wonderful time! The condo is so comfy and beautiful. It has everything you could want to use for your stay! The most comfy blankets!!! I’m obsessed with blankets and I was trying to find where I could buy one The property is a tropical oasis. It was an amazing getaway!! The beach is perfect! Not to busy so lots of room to just relax on the beach :)

Great Location and Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach is located right off the property, and we loved that we could walk to both town/the pier and also the harbor. The condo was comfortable, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The resort was great. We didn’t use the amenities, but had we been here with the kids we definitely would have. Super easy check in, checkout, and the parking garage was a nice bonus.

Cozy Condo!

We loved our stay in this condo. It was a little chilly and rainy outside a couple days. The sofa and blankets were so comfy to relax on. The bed was super comfortable and I went home and bought those pillows! The beach chairs were great. We used them a couple times to enjoy the beach and watch the waves. We never moved our car once we arrived. Lots of food and shopping within walking distance. Great place to stay!

Gated community, indoor parking, and modern condo that has everything you need. On top of that, Oceanside is the perfect vacation destination. Great time here!

Peaceful Retreat

I’m an elementary teacher and I needed a little quiet time away at the end of the school year. My stay was so peaceful and the unit was so clean and well stocked. It was close to the beach, pool and jacuzzi. The patio had a great view and always had a nice breeze from the water. Hoping to make this an annual trip!

Comfortable & Easy

Great property. There were a good restaurants within walking distance, a lovely marina, and plenty of beach to walk. The property manager was very responsive to questions. The property was really clean, comfortable, and easy. Five star experience.

Beautiful getaway

This Vrbo combines comfort and beauty, not overly cluttered with kickbacks like some are but comfortable couch, and bed. This was our first time renting like this, and communication on where to check in. Would have appreciated printed card with wifi and checkout instructions, had to text for the first, never received the second.

The condo was very clean. All the conforts if home. Will definitely come back next year. e.

This property has all the convenience within walking distance Beach pool, shops, the harbor and restaurants. We had a wonderful time with our family and grandchildren who also stayed there. I'd like to thank the property manager Paul for being helpful with all the questions and putting a mat in the condo to park my sisters electric scooter.
