This brand new three-level townhome is sparkling and spacious and perfectly located walking distance to Main Street! With three bedrooms and bonus space, Village Hilltop is ideal for families or a few friends to share.

A short stroll along a sidewalk leads you to the historic village of Stowe, and the many conveniences it offers—great restaurants, cafes, tasting rooms, shops, and kiddos especially like the easy walk to the playground and ice cream parlor! The five-mile Stowe Recreation Path trailhead is right in town, too, a favorite for walking and biking. All that and the Stowe Mountain Resort is just a 15-minute drive.

The fresh, modern interior of this townhouse invites you to settle in and relax. The open concept kitchen, dining, and living space is perfect for intimate gatherings. A stone-faced gas fireplace and radiant heated wood floors add warmth. The three bedrooms are located on the upper level—an ideal set-up for families with younger children. The primary room has a king bed and gorgeous ensuite with floating vanity and roomy walk-in shower. An additional room with a king and one with two sets of full bunks share the second full bath on this floor. A large den and extra bathroom on the lower level is perfect for fun and games and features an air hockey table, a cozy L-shaped sleeper-sofa, and large flat screen TV—get the popcorn ready! This home is a delight.

Quiet location conveniently located to downtown Stowe. Very comfortable and roomy newer property - perfect size for two couples as it has two king beds. We enjoyed our stay in the area and hope to return.

Perfection!

We stayed at this home for three nights in October. The location is perfect. The house is located on a quite, forest like area just around the corner from the main part of town. We felt like we were secluded but actually it just a hop, skip and jump to town. The home is beautiful and new with everything you could need. Stowe is gorgeous but beware that in peek leaf peeping season the town is beyond packed.

Awesome modern home close to downtown Stowe

Your Comments Very clean and well appointed modern home that is walk to town plus stocked with all the goodies you need for your family (including an air hockey table in the basement and lots of games). We had a multi generational family trip to Stowe this summer and the central location of this home was great for us on this trip. Only knock is limited outdoor space (counting a terrace) and no grass so our kids couldn’t run around outside. Would definitely return to this home in the future.

Great ski vacation

We came to Stowe with 7 people for a short ski vacation. This house was perfect. It was clean, modern and spacious. The bunk beds are bigger than a typical bunk bed. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the basement area for additional space.
