Perfect Mountain location 3bd 3 ba

Welcome to the best location in Stowe! The unit provides easy access to cross country and downhill skiing, hiking, swimming, restaurants, and downtown. The Stowe recreation path, Casey trails and festival locations are just down mountain road.
The space is comfortable for families, couples or solo travelers. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds are dreamy! The fireplace and radiant heat floors are perfect after skiing and the deck is a fantastic spot to hangout in warmer weather.
This is a multilevel 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse. The Mt. Mansfield lower mountain is accessible right out your door. In the winter you can take a short walk to the Toll house double lift to access skiing. (weather permitting the lift is running.. usually January) and ski home to the townhouse via the toll house or stowe derby trails.
In the summer the pool area is absolutely beautiful and refreshing. The gardens are well manicured and an amazing oasis.
Guest access
You may access all of the Townhouse and all exterior areas of the townhome property including the pool area.
Other things to note
The pool is open After Memorial Day weekend and closes after Labor Day. It is not heated.
There is a strictly enforced no pet policy for guests due to HOA rules.

Excellent location. Townhome is very well appointed and fully stocked with everything needed for a stay. The ski storage, mudroom, and drying rack are a nice touch and perfect for storing snow covered/wet items.

Great accommodations. Loved our stay!

The pictures don’t do the townhouse justice. As soon as we arrived we felt right at home. The host was very responsive and we were very appreciative of all of the supplies - that was an unexpected surprise. We can’t wait to do it again next year!

Family Ski Trip

This place was so wonderful. The heated floors, the amenities, the little touches of supplies in the bathrooms like q-tips and cotton pads, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and had some of the basics that we didn't have to purchase and throw away. Check out was so easy, just throw the trash away. The host answered all my questions quickly. The walk to the lift is a bit tough if it's slippery but ski in from the slopes was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Incredible townhome

Excellent stay, very well appointed kitchen with everything you could need. The beds were all very comfortable, the house well decorated. And heated tiles in the bathroom! Lovely stay, thanks again for hosting us!

Comfortable luxury

Stayed at this rental with family to experience solar eclipse in totality. Wow! This rental and totality did not disappoint! What a great location for skiers and hikers. We don’t ski but the weather and location allowed us easy/quick access to trail heads minutes away. And the unit itself was wonderful to come back to or just stay put and relax. Comfortable furnishings and beds and great layout. Julie was super easy to communicate with and pleasantly patient and quick to reply with my inquiries! We hope to return when it’s not “mud season” and experience more of the many things Stowe has to offer beyond skiing.

Great Location

We had a great time!!! The house is well furnished and absolutely gorgeous. It has a great mudroom for the ski and snowboard equipment. Plus as well stocked with soap, dish detergent, body wash, shampoo, etc.

The home is lovely and extremely well outfitted. We were so comfortable. It is a little ways from the lift and the lift wasn't running on weekdays, so we did have to drive to the lodge. Overall we will totally be back!

Great house for a family

The house is well-equipped for eating in, and the three full baths were great. There were plenty of sheets, towels, and paper supplies. The toll road lift was open sometimes, but since we needed to drive to our child's skiing lessons, and there was free and plenty of parking at the main mountain, we did not look into it. The owner told us that it might not be open. Over all, great stay. Thank you. VRBO would not let me sign out with the owner at about 11:07.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location, Amazing Value!

What a beautiful condo, in a perfect location, and worth every penny! The interior has updated finishes, decor, appliances and was very clean and well maintained. There is an outdoor balcony with a gas fire pit off the main living area and the condo has tons of windows throughout that let light in during the daytime and provide views of the surrounding nature - and yet, it still felt very private from the neighboring condos. The heated floors were an added touch of luxury in addition to the ambience created via the central fireplace. The condo is multi-leveled; the three bedrooms/ bathrooms are located on the first two levels (and well-spaced out from one another for privacy) with the kitchen and main living room area located on a separate, top level - this layout provided a very comfortable experience for everyone in our party i.e., whether you were sleeping or up and about, at any hour of the day/ night. If you are there to ski/ snowboard, the condo's location is super close to the base of the mountain; only a few minutes to drive *OR* you can use the extremely convenient Tollhouse ski lift just around the corner. The lift was open during our stay, and we were able to rack our skis at the lift and easily walk to/ from the condo in our ski boots for a midday break! The owner conveniently provides a wide variety of kitchenware and has fully stocked the main staples of a home that you may need. I HIGHLY recommend this condo to others, and I personally hope to return!

Lucked out with a typical Stowe weather snow and COLD. As long as Toll House lift is open .. it works much better. Condo was well furnished… loved the boot room with heaters

Amazing home and location!

The home was one of the nicest places we've stayed with VRBO. Up to date with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Also walkable to toll house lift and the bus stop.

I am a medical professional and real estate investor from Connecticut. I have been in love with Stowe since my first visit in 2012 when we came on a family trip for a Lacrosse tournament. In 2019 the opportunity arose to purchase the townhouse. I made a few upgrades and it has been a wonderful place for my family and guests to visit since then.

This location is very special. Access to skiing and hiking is just out the door. It is a quiet complex all year round and a hidden gem. This is my home away from home.

The property is furnished and stocked as if my family was living here. Guests often comment on how comfortable the unit is to stay. A boot and glove dryer was added to the mudroom last year. This has been a great addition.
