Great stay.

Our stay was great. The owner communicated all information that was needed and even went above expectations making sure we made it in the condo with no issues. The place was clean and never had any issues. We have more family wanting to come to Branson this fall and will definitely check out this property first. Thanks.

As billed.

This is a good property at which to stay for a Branson get away. It is a little off the beaten path so consider that for your own plus or minus category. We had 5 (basically adults) here and it was comfortable.

The condo is very outdated. The showers had a lot of built-up soap scum. The countertop and stove were very stained and bleached out. The carpet had wrinkles in it.

GREAT STAY

The condo location was awesome, away from the Strip but close to everything. The condo fit our family of 7 perfectly; 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and the screened in porch was great. In fact we spent most of our time there. Sarah was amazing, keeping in touch with us during our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Will stay here again!!!

Perfect family layout

We stayed at this unit for a short family get together and it was perfect! We loved the fact that there was a bathroom in each bedroom and the screened in porch was perfect for our children. The door code was easy and the house was fully stocked. We will definitely be booking here again!!

Everything was great, until.....

The stay started off great, there where a few things that were a little dated, but the space and comfort that the condo provided was perfect. And for the first two and a half days things where just that, perfect. What really sold me on this condo, was the fact it had three full bathrooms. This is something anyone with a larger family would understand the necessity of. The boys had their own bathroom, the girls had theirs, and no one had to bother mom and dad's bathroom. But on the third day, after getting back from a day of shopping, we noticed that the condo was unusually warm compared to what we left it. We checked the thermostat, it was set to 74, but the temp in the condo had risen to 82 - 84. The system was running, but there wasn't any really cold air coming out of it. We contacted the property manager Sarah, and she worked some magic and reset the thermostat and got the A/C running again. Sarah stayed in communication with us throughout the whole ordeal. She was great. But the following day, after getting back from Silver Dollar City, the A/C was on the fritz again. Sarah tried the same fix as last time, but this time it didn't take, and we had to sleep in a somewhat warm condo. Not very comfortable. So the following day, we contacted Sarah and let her know the situation, She got to work to see what she could do. While we were out for the day she was able to get a hold of a HVAC tech, but he wouldn't be able to get to it till much later in the day. So she contacted a colleague that had an available condo and was able to move is into that one for the remainder of our stay in Branson. The condo she moved us into was a bit more costly than the one we were in and because of the issues we had, had; she covered the difference herself. Like I said, Sarah was awesome through all this. So, I would give it five stars, but I have to deduct one just because the A/C went out. But other-wise the trip was great. We were in good hands with Sarah. She took care of us.

Beautiful condo - stairs to enter

My father, sister and I spent 4 days in Branson for a mini vacation. We found this condo and absolutely enjoyed our stay. The condo has 3 good-sized bedrooms each with it's own bathroom. The only downside to this was the 15 stairs to enter the condo since it is on the top floor. But in this particular area, all 3 bedrooms have stairs to enter. And it wasn't an issue for us. The dining room, kitchen and living room are all good sized and we absolutely loved the screened in back porch. The owner has a welcome table that included Branson pamphlets and coupons to use in the area and we added some of our own for future visitors. We kept busy in Branson, but enjoyed coming home each night to this beautiful, clean, spacious condo that is located not far from the strip. I would highly recommend this condo and will stay again when we visit Branson!

Family getaway

This condo was perfect for our family getaway. The 3 king size bedrooms were perfect for my husband and 2 married children and a grandson. Overall the condo was very clean and well stocked. Sarah was so easy to work with. We rented a crib for our grandson and she worked with the company for delivery; we really appreciated that. The complex is perfect for families; many pools including a kiddie pool. And many activities like shuffle board, pool, ping pong and some playgrounds. We would rent Sarah’s condo again.

Dirty bed sheets

The sheets in one of the bedrooms were clearly not changed. They looked like someone slept on them. I have pictures of how bad they looked. Luckily I was able to find clean ones in the closet and I was able to change them. I notified the host who in turned asked the housekeepers and they said they were changed and the host was okay with that. Other than that issue the condo was great.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that you feel that I didn't take this issue seriously. I did not feel that is was appropriate to get into all of the details of the conversations that I had with my cleaning company. But please be assured that I was able to confirm 100% that those sheets were clean and were not the same sheets from the previous guests. Also, I have stressed the importance of not getting rushed and taking the time for proper bed making so that this does not ever happen again. I take cleanliness very seriously and I am sorry that you had this issue.
