Located on a large green park, wooded and flowery, charming small independent house, close to the owner, on the same fenced plot.The cottage offers calm in the heart of the Correzienne countryside, fresh air, starry sky and bird singing. From its terrace, you can admire the magnificent landscape offered by the viewpoint, book in the shade of trees, enjoy the long summer evenings around the barbecue and enjoy the quietness of the region.Perfectly located between the departments of Lot, Dordogne, Cantal and the Millevaches plateau, the cottage will allow you to discover many tourist places.
Accommodation: The cottage has a bright living room opening onto a modern kitchen, a large bedroom with a bed in 160 cm and a bathroom with toilet. Outside, it has a private terrace with views of the surrounding countryside and the neighbours animals (vaches, donkeys...). A barbecue is available for friendly meals in the beautiful season.The washing machine is located in the owner's garage. All charges included. Non smoking cottage inside.
