Charming cottage in the countryside

Spend a few days in Corrèze! <br>Located near Brive-La-Gaillarde, just outside the Dordogne (Vézère Valley, Lascaux, etc.) and the Lot (Rocamadour, Padirac, etc.), this holiday rental is nestled between the countryside and the city. <br>With all the amenities you need, you can settle in and enjoy the calm and pleasant surroundings. <br>A lovely terrace overlooking the valley and a small pond lets you enjoy the tranquility of the place and watch does and deer at dusk.<br><br>Accommodation<br><br>This charming stone house has been fully renovated, is fully equipped, and is beautifully decorated. It can accommodate up to 3 people.<br><br>The ground floor consists of a kitchen/dining room and a living area.<br>The kitchen is fully functional. You’ll find everything you need to get settled quickly and easily: dishes, tea towels, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil... etc.<br>A cosy sitting area with a sofa where you can enjoy a quiet moment with a good novel, the flat-screen TV, or Wi-Fi internet access.<br><br>Upstairs, you’ll find the bathroom (bathtub, sink, toilet) and the sleeping area, which consists of two separate bedrooms.<br>The first bedroom features a 140x200 bed as well as plenty of storage space for your belongings (closets, dressers).<br>The second bedroom is equipped with a single bed (110x180).<br>Duvets and pillows are provided.<br><br>Outside<br><br>The house is surrounded by a pleasant little garden that is fully fenced.<br>A lovely patio with a picnic table lets you enjoy the peace and quiet and have lunch outdoors, with an unobstructed view of a small pond and the surrounding countryside.<br><br>Additional Notes<br><br>A washing machine is available for your use.<br><br>Household linens are not provided, with the exception of tea towels, hand towels, and mattress and pillow protectors.<br><br>Bed linens can be provided for an additional fee of 10 euros.<br>Bath towels can be provided for an additional 5 euros.<br><br>End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional 25 euros. Otherwise, the accommodation must be left in the same condition as you found it.<br><br>Enjoy your stay!
