Spacious and tasteful villa with spectacular ocean view

We spent a week at this very nice home, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. It was spacious, well-appointed, very private, and the cliff-top location overlooking the ocean providing breathtaking views that mesmerized us. It offered exactly the relaxed, quiet get-away we were looking for and we can't wait to return!

Absolutely amazing!!! Photos don’t do this place justice. Would recommend this to anyone, and would absolutely love to return. The facilities were outstanding. The host was so helpful. The location and the views were out of this world. We didn’t get to explore the bottom floor of the villa as it was locked up (presumably because there were just two of us staying). Our only negative (which is probably personal to us and I’m sure wouldn’t bother everyone) was that we couldn’t access Netflix on the TVs, and we couldn’t get the TV upstairs to show anything not German (which neither of us speak well). Thank you for such a luxurious, dreamy holiday.

Traumhaus

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer traumhaften Lage direkt auf den Felsen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, sogar Lebensmittel standen für uns bereit. Das Haus wurde in den 70ern gebaut, aber immer mal wieder renoviert und den heutigen Standarts angepasst. Es ist top gepflegt, die Betten sind gut, die Einrichtung eine Mischung aus neu und alt, die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Auch die Außenanlage ist sensationell. Man ist von Palmen und Strelizien etc. umgeben, der Pool lädt zum Abkühlen ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und dieses Haus mit direktem Blick aufs Meer sehr genossen!

Traumhaus in einer sensationellen Lage

Wir haben uns von Anfang an in der Casa las Rocas sehr wohl gefühlt, lag zum einen an dem super netten und freundlichen Empfang von Herrn Witte, zum anderen an der Traumlage der Finca. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht, ist sehr ruhig gelegen und man kann sich sehr schön entspannen. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen, danke auch nochmal an Frau Witte, für den tollen Austausch per Email! Kurzer Restauranttip: Tasca de Oliver, mehr geht nicht!!!

Paradiesischer Urlaub

Wir verlebten 2 hervorragende Wochen in herrlicher Idylle- abseits des Trubels. Das Haus ist zauberhaft- gemütlich und imposant zugleich. Es begann mit einem warmherzigen Empfang der Vermieter. Alle Fragen wurden beantwortet und auf alle Wünsche wurde prompt eingegangen. So entschieden wir uns noch vor Ort, ein weiteres Zimmer dazuzubuchen, um unseren Teenagern (und uns) entspannte und selbstbestimmte Urlaubstage zu ermöglichen. Der Kühlschrank war bereits zu unserer Ankunft mit herrlichen Leckereien gefüllt. Die Küche ist sehr luxuriös ausgestattet- es mangelt an nichts! Wir konnten so herrlich auf der Terrasse frühstücken oder abends ein Barbecue mit frischem Fisch gestalten. Der Ausblick ist grandios. Wer die Insel erkunden möchte, benötigt allerdings ein Auto, denn die steilen Wege sind etwas anstrengend. Trotzdem kann man abends die tollen Restaurants fußläufig in Santa Ursula erreichen ( unbedingt Tasca Olivier ausprobieren !) . Wir haben uns super erholt und aufgrund der großzügigen Raum/ Terrassengestaltung wurde es niemals zu eng um den tollen Pool. Wir sind mit 2 Familien gereist und würden gerne wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für diesen zauberhaften Aufenthalt!

Traumhafte Villa auf der Klippe

Herzlicher Empfang durch die Hausverwalterin mit einem Willkommenspaket (Baguette, Wein, Obst, Wurst und Käse). Das Haus liegt auf einer Klippe mit spektakulärem Ausblick auf das Meer, auch von den meisten Schlafzimmern. Sehr ruhig, bis auf die natürlichen Geräusche des Meeresrauschen und des Vogelgezwitschers. Das Haus ist sehr luxuriös eingerichtet, so wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Küche mit allem ausgestattet, auch Gewürze , Öl und Essig vorhanden. Kontakt auch mit der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin jederzeit möglich. Haben eine gute Adresse für einen COVID Test erhalte. Auto ist erforderlich, um die nähere Umgebung mit vielen Wanderwegen zu erkunden. Alles in allem ein traumhafter Urlaub in einer luxeriösen Villa.

Traumhafte winterflucht in bezaubernder Villa

Zwei junge Rentnerpaare wurden bei der Ankunft sehr herzlich empfangen und auch professionell in die Haustechnik und sonstige Gegebenheiten eingewiesen. Für die ersten kulinarischen Bedürfnisse war schon liebevoll gesorgt. Besonders beeindruckend war das große Wohnzimmer mit Blick in den Dachstuhl und einer schön gestalteten Galerie . Ein offener Kamin und bequeme Sitzmöbel für zehn Personen runden das Bild ab. In der Küche war jedes Equipment verfügbar, mindestens wie zu Hause. Der 9 x 5 m große Pool hatte leider etwas zu kaltes Wasser das auch für einen hohen Aufpreis von 40 € pro Tag nicht wesentlich wärmer wurde. Letztendlich haben wir den Pool doch genießen können. Der Blick direkt aus dem Haus und von den Terrassen ist unbeschreiblich. Man schaut auf weitere tolle Villen und 170 m tiefer entwickelt sich ein fantastisches Brandungserlebnis. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur und auch der Eigentümerfamilie war freundlich, zeitnah und erfolgreich. Die Ortschaft Santa Ursula ist nicht wirklich attraktiv, aber wenn man gut essen gehen möchte, ist man in der Tasca Oliver auf der Hauptstraße Provinzial 69 sehr gut aufgehoben. Wenn man den Tagesmietpreis von knapp 300 € auf die möglichen 10 Personen umlegt, ist diese Klasse Villa sogar recht günstig.für vier Personen ist es dann schon recht teuer, aber das ist ja dann so gewollt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier unsere "Winterflucht" verbringen.

Framragende rammer for familie ferie

Vi er en dansk familie på 10, der har haft en skøn uge 7 i denne bolig. Vi har svært ved at forestille os at rammerne kan være bedre - både hvad angår bolig, omgivelser og værtspar. Der er en helt uovertruffen udsigt til både klipper , hav og vulkanen Teide. Svømmepoolen giver gode rammer for både leg og hygge. Af hensyn til sikkerheden bør der ikke være små børn.

"Extra-Klasse"

Die bisherigen Bewertungen sagen schon alles über das Objekt aus. Wir, eine Gruppe von 8 Personen, haben uns hier eine Woche sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betreuung durch Frau Lobenstein, sowie der Kontakt mit der Familie Witte ließ keine Wünsche offen (vielen Dank für die neue Paella Pfanne). Wir werden die Casa Las Rocas weiterempfehlen

Sehr schönes Haus auf den Klippen

Sehr schönes, super ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, herrlich auf der Klippe gelegen, mit einem tollen Ausblick auf das Meer, die Steilküste, Puerto de la Cruz und den Teide. Betreut wurden wir von der sehr netten Hausdame Christina, die uns zu Beginn alles genau erklärte und mit einer Auswahl an diversen Lebensmitteln als Willkommensgruß überraschte. Dies ersparte uns einen sofortigen Einkauf und wir konnten den ersten Abend entspannt geniessen und ausklingen lassen. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen. Lediglich unzufrieden waren wir mit der Poolheizung. Mit einer Temperatur knapp über 20°C blieb der erhoffte Badespass für unsere Kinder aus! Da hatten wir - auch aus Erfahrung - andere Vorstellungen.

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage, Meeresrauschen und gute Ausstattung! Nette Vermieter und gute Betreuung!

Das Haus steht an der Steilküste, dadurch hat man ein tollen Ausblick und ein sehr beruhigendes Meeresrauschen. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und in der Nähe kann man einkaufen. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe und war angenehm warm. Die Betreuung durch Frau Lobenstein war sehr gut. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Immaculate property, perfect location for a relaxing holiday

We have just returned from a week here, the house is absolutely fantastic, very clean and tidy with everything you need. Bedrooms and Bathrooms are all very clean and up to date. Towels are provided in every room. The kitchen is well stocked and immaculately clean as was the rest of the house. The pool and gardens are very well kept and the area is lovely and peaceful with a fabulous sea view. We hired a car which we would recommend due to the location this enabled us to travel the area, there is a garage to park the vehicles. There is plenty to do if you choose. I would definitely return here is it an amazing property and is very homely. The most relaxing holiday we have ever had.

Besser geht's kaum

Wir waren mit vier Paaren für 12 Tage zu Gast bei den Wittes im charmanten Casa Las Rocas und fühlten uns jeden Moment pudelwohl. Das Haus besticht durch seinen gehobenen Standard und die einzigartige Lage oben auf der Steilküste mit grandiosem Blick aufs Meer. Fünf gleichwertige Schlafzimmer auf drei Etagen bieten jede Menge Rückzugs- und Privatsphäre. Sowohl Ausstattung als auch Einrichtung lassen kaum Wünsche übrig. Die Lage in St. Ursula ist strategisch perfekt als Ausgangsbasis für Touren in jede Ecke der Insel. Jederzeit wieder gerne ;-)

Sehr sauber, ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegenes Traumhaus mit allem was man sich wünscht.

Von hier aus kann man die Insel per Auto per Rad oder per Fuß optimal erkunden. Einkaufen ist kein Problem. Aber eigentlich will man von dieser Oase nicht mehr weg. Der Pool lädt zum täglichen Baden ein und die Strände in der Nähe sind sehr schön. Mit 5 Personen hat man mehr als genug Platz im Haus und zur Selbstversorgung ist alles da. Frau Lobenstein ist jederzeit für einen Rat da. Danke. Auch Ein großes Dankeschön an Fam. Witte für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

Beautiful break in picturesque setting

My family and I have just returned from a week in this beautiful villa and it will definitely not be for the last time. On arrival we were totally taken back by the beautiful setting and privacy at the top of the Tenerife hills. The villa has a lovely traditional but modern feel and has everything you'll need for a relaxing break including a great sized pool, outdoor BBQ and wifi. Set just outside Santa Ursula, it's location is perfect for a quiet break and just a short drive away from the lovely Puerto de la Cruz where you'll find a range of lovely restaurants and beach. All in all a fabulous stay, thanks again Gitta, Alexander and Christina!
