We own and live on a Grass-Fed farm nearby and offer our steaks, and other cuts of meat during your stay. We can have them waiting for you at Hill Creek upon arrival and marinate them if desired.

( Downtown 7 minutes.. most neighboring cities/beach approx 25-30 miles, 13 min to Coleto lake ) We are centrally located with easy access to San Antonio, Austin, Houston and Corpus Christi. as well. Our unique custom home is designed for space and comfort. We are situated on a quiet road with beautiful trees with easy access to nearby events. The house includes handmade concrete countertops, walk-in stone showers, custom built pine walls, beds and desk, kid-friendly bedroom, beautiful saltwater aquarium, 3 big screen SMART TVs , Wi-Fi /High Speed Internet, commercial Keurig with coffee/tea, Ninja Brew coffee pot, stainless steel appliances, double convection oven, dishes, utensils, formal glassware and serving dishes, basic pots/pans, laundry room with washer/ dryer and host of board games. Guests love our comfortable beds! Peaceful is what we here most about our property. We are available to answer all your questions and be responsive hosts, but allowing and respecting your privacy during your stay.

*ATTENTION Wonderful Guests: PLEASE read over the VRBO Cancellation Policy for our home and let us or VRBO know if you have any questions about it. VRBO offers travel insurance at the time of reserving for a very minimal cost to cover your trip in the unfortunate event you may have to cancel. We are family-owned/operated and understand things may come up after you have reserved our home. We depend on your reservation as our income and all cancellation policies will hold despite your particular circumstance. Please consider the minimal purchase to receive a refund if you have to cancel after the policy window.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL guests entering the home ( over night or day ) MUST be disclosed DURING BOOKING. If you need to add additional guests before OR during your stay, please contact me for approval. Our home is for max occupancy of 16 guests AT ALL TIMES and no parties/ gatherings beyond or allowed. Please read house guidelines. Any guests over 2 there is a 20.00 per night per person charge.. We are following all recommended airbb and CDC best practices.

****Please note for your planning when staying with your family on sleeping- bedroom arrangements. All mattresses have been reviewed by our guests as very comfortable. King in Master, King in Blue Room, 2 twins in Curiosity Room, 1 queen/1 twin in sky room, 1 small size floor mattress is and single roll out sleeping mat located in Master bedroom closet area. Living area has 1 regular couch(not a pull out) and wrap around couch.
*Any stays over 14 days will be subject to acceptance/approval by host. Please inquiry for long-term rental agreement.
* *We have security cameras located on outside of the home in the following locations: garage view, front door and front yard view, left and right side of home view. There are no cameras on back porch or anywhere inside invading your privacy.
