It was fabulous! The sunsets over the lake every night were breathtaking. The gas firepit was so nice. The house was clean, comfortable, and well furnished. Host answered texts quickly. We were very pleased with our stay. Would definitely rent here again. Book it!

My wife and I spend a lot of time traveling and staying at vrbos. This one was one of the best. The hosts thought of everything and it was clean enough to eat off the floor. It was quiet and comfortable and right on the lake. Everything functioned as it should and we wanted for nothing. I would not hesitate to stay there again if I'm ever in that part of the country. Thank you for a wonderful week.

We loved this house. The view was amazing. We got to watch bald eagles flying over the lake daily. The landscaping was beautiful and so relaxing. House was very well equipped. Might be the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. 10 out of 10!

Beautiful home in a quiet residential area yet close to everything. Beautiful lake views throughout the house and outside. Check-in was super easy and communication with the owner was great. Hope to be able to visit again.

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The lake view was breathtaking—sunrise and sunset felt like a private show every day.The patio and gas firepit quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Inside, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the house was filled with thoughtful touches like a cozy reading chaise, nice towels and toiletries. The kitchen had everything we needed with plenty of dish towels, dish soap, garbage bags and dishwasher pods. The garage was an added bonus.There are stairs down to the lake, but they didn’t detract from our experience at all. The view alone made this stay truly special. No doubt one of our best rentals ever!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

It was to be a future retirement home and we couldn't do that just yet. It was the perfect size and location for what we were looking for. We are so excited to be able to provide a little escape for friends and families to enjoy beautiful lakeside living with everything provided but the guests.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Residential neighborhood provides private and quite place to enjoy the lake and all it has to offer. Cottage is only 30 minutes from Cleveland and almost equally distanced from Geneva on the Lake that provides a very fun touristy day trip for the family. Mentor on the Lake is a small community but provides everything you could ever want from your vacation.
