Guest access:
NO checking in or out at front desk.

No golf carts, bicycles, mopeds, trailers, RV's, boats allowed in parking decks.
Motorcycles are welcomed but need to park across the street in the overflow parking garage.
Vehicles over 6'5"' will not fit in the main parking garage.
You may use the overflow parking decks right across the street that are a bit higher, or pay for street parking on either side of the resort.

~No daily housekeeping.
Please do not ask the resort for more toiletries, linen or anything else. They will not accommodate you.

Coupons are in the guide book also.
You will have access to all pools, hot tubs, fitness center, game room, gift shop, and restaurant/bars.

~No cleaning chemicals are inside the unit, only dish soap.

~Check in time is at 4pm.
Early arrival may be accommodated for an extra fee.

~Check out time is 10am.
No late departures.
If you feel the need for a later check out time, you must contact me here on the VRBO platform at least 24 hours in advance before your departure, for approval.
Late departure fee is 2X the nightly rate after 10:00 am.

To help maintain a clean and comfortable environment, our condo receives professional preventative pest control treatments on a regular monthly schedule.

Because our property is located in a warm, coastal climate, it is possible to occasionally encounter a palmetto bug or other insect, even with routine pest control. Following a scheduled treatment, you may occasionally notice insects that have been affected by the treatment as it continues to work over the next few days. This is a normal part of the process and does not indicate an infestation.

If you happen to see an insect during your stay, please let us know right away. We are happy to arrange for cleanup and, if appropriate, an additional pest control treatment to ensure your comfort.

To help us promptly address any maintenance or pest-related concerns, guests are expected to provide reasonable access for scheduled or emergency service personnel. If access is refused or repeatedly delayed, and an additional service visit becomes necessary, a $50 service fee may be charged to cover the cost of the return trip.

NO pets, ESA's, Smoking, Vaping, Open Flames, Burning Of Incenses, Tampering Of Smoke Detectors, Hanging Anything Off Of The Sprinkler Heads. Hefty fines, and eviction can happen with no money refunded.
Security onsite and security cameras which are monitored 24/7
