About Clara D.
My husband and I grew up in different parts of the world, but share the same views about what we like. We enjoy outdoor activities in the mountains including hiking, biking and skiing; and also have a passion for dancing, music and art. I enjoy talking to our guests and helping them with the travel arrangements, every time a different adventure! Que bonita es esta vida!
Clara D. purchased this Cabin in 2008
Why Clara D. chose Flagstaff
We believe this is an ideal location, close to town without the hassle of noise and traffic, located on top of a hilly neighborhood nestled in pine forest. It is also is centered between Sedona and the Grand Canyon. We can plan day trips or enjoy what Flagstaff has to offer. We love our neighborhood, which with find picturesque and very unique. National Forest access point are within 1 mile.
What makes this Cabin unique
We love art, custom and unique things you can see them throught out the house and we love sharing it with you. I am also the entertainer.

Great place to stay with our older kids. Loved the family time and pool table! Kitchen was well stocked.
Everything you need
Great location in easy driving distance to so many things to do and see. The house has everything you need and lots of things that are nice extras: heated floors in the bathrooms, no shortage of towels or bedding, closet full of toys and games for all ages-the owner really has thought of everything that makes traveling and staying away from home easier.
This cabin is amazing! Very spacious and fully stocked. Beautifully decorated and in a nice neighborhood. Would love to stay there again!
A peaceful home in a great location
This was our 2nd time here and it feels like home.We stayed here in April 2017 and now 2 years later when we had the opportunity to come to Arizona again, we didn't even consider staying anywhere else. After my family of six (2 Adults & 4 Kids all teenagers) travelled for 33 hours from our home in South Australia, we were grateful to arrive at this beautiful family home. We felt right at home from the moment we stepped in the front door. It was very clean, comfortable beds, and had everything you could possibly need. The owner was very helpful with all of our questions and a pleasure to deal with.We made great memories visiting National Parks & Monuments, in close driving distance from the house, such as Grand Canyon, Petrified Forest, Wupatki, Sunset Crater Volcano, Walnut Canyon, Tuzigoot, Montezuma Castle & Well. We also visited Buffalo Park & Elden Pueblo, & went hiking at Fay Canyon, Fatman’s Loop, Rocky Ridge Trail, Arizona Snowbowl & Oak Creek Canyon. There was a lot more we could have done all in close driving distance from the house but we only had 11 days and had run out of time. We would most certainly go back again and recommend this home to others.Thank you so much for sharing your home with us again. We love the new bathroom.
Perfect for our family
We really enjoyed our stay here. Not being familiar with Arizona, I really struggled with selecting a home for our vacation. This place hit the spot, perfect for our 3 teenage kids
The only reason I’m giving it a 4 star is because I’m a mattress snob with a bad back and the master bedroom sleep number was not good to me. Everything else was perfect. We had all that we needed for a successful stay for a family of 5.
THank you Leila for your review. I was wondering if you tried to adjust the mattress hardness with the remote control, I mentioned that in the email I sent after booking. I wish you would have emailed me about it. I always have a solution for everything.
Other Activities: snowboarding, snowmobiling, hot air ballooning
