Ottimo appartenento, situato in un'ottima posizione a 5 minuti dalla metro e dal Colosseo. L'accoglienza è stata ottima, la proprietaria è stata molto gentile e puntuale. Molto consigliato

Truly remarkable accommodation

  • 5 of 5

The apartment is located in the very center of the most ancient neighborhood in Rome, the "Rione Monti", originally including three of ancient Rome's seven hills. The neighborhood is enchanting, full of a variety of restaurants and shops, conveniently located to reach the colosseum, St. Peter in Chains, the Trevi Fauntain, Piazza Navona... in a few minutes walk. The owner, Paola, is incredibly helpful and organized. Very friendly, she will make sure your permanence is supremely comfortable. The Apartment has first class furniture and decoration. I strongly recommend staying at Paola's place!!!

Serpenti 6 in Monti an Excellent Choice

  • 5 of 5

If you are considering a trip to Rome, a stay at via Serpenti 6 with Paola is a must. Not only do the accommodations and hostess exceed all expectations, the location is tops. You are within walking distance of all of the sites of Rome and of the Metro, while at the same time staying in Monti, a great little neighborhood with local shops and good restaurants. We have stayed here a number of times and will always return because it feels like home. We love to start each morning at the bar for a cappuccino and end each day with gelato, both available just a few doors away.

Great base for exploring Rome!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I and our son spent a really enjoyable week in Paola's apartment. It was clean and well kept and very well equipped for self-catering - we appreciated having plenty of pots and crockery as well as things like a toaster, coffee machine and washing machine which can be hard to find in holiday properties! The apartment is ideally situated, just 10 minutes walk from the Colosseum and less than 5 minutes from the metro and several bus routes. The area around the apartment has interesting little shops and restaurants, but we didn't find street noise a problem. We found the takeaway pizza and pasta place next door very handy (and delicious!) after a long day's sightseeing.

Many thanks to Paola who is a welcoming and helpful host. She helped us with our travel plans when we were due to return home as there was a public transport strike scheduled for that morning - much appreciated, thank you!

i spent a month in this apartment and have only the highest recommendation. it is a generous sized, comfortable space for two(or three) with all the conveniences required for a carefree place while visiting this fabulous city. the owner is exceptional ,with her immediate response to any queries and her genuine interest in our comfort and ease. the location was unbeatable, only minutes from the forum and colosseum, subway, fantastic restaurants.

Warm welcome and perfect location in Rome

  • 5 of 5

I rented this studio for a week. The most striking aspect of it is the location, in the heart of the lovely Monti, close to everything you might need, be it restaurants, bars, tourist attractions (the Colosseo is incredibly close) or, as for me, work. The building is old (which is probably obvious and desirable in this area of the city) but well kept, and the apartment is small but with access to most things you might need, including a laundry machine, a small kitchen, TV, AC, and internet. The apartment looks right on the street, but if you don't like the noise of a small but busy neighbourhood at night, you can simply close the windows. Finally, a word needs to be said about the host: Paola is incredibly gracious, kind, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommended.
