One sea-facing terrace and two city-facing terraces.
The apartment enjoys sun on the seafront in the morning and afternoon, and at the end of the day on the city-facing terraces (bedroom terraces).
The two bedrooms are spacious and quiet. Each equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan, one has a 160 x 200 cm bed and the other has two 90 x 200 cm beds.
Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction hob)
A laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and storage space.
Internet (fiber), Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV are available in the living room.
The apartment is located on the beachfront. Centrally located in Fuengirola. The city's liveliest neighborhood (pedestrian zone, Plaza de los Chinorros, Post Office) with all the shops, bars, and restaurants. Public and private beaches and beach restaurants are located right outside the building.
