Superb recent villa of 250 m2 in a quiet subdivision close to the village of Araggio and its historical classified site.
With a stone entrance from the maquis, it offers on two levels:
- Main level: a fully equipped living room/kitchen opening onto a wooden terrace as well as the garden, an equipped laundry room, a guest toilet, three bedrooms with shower room including one with a toilet, all overlooking the pool.

-Upper level: The master bedroom with its terrace offering a view of the property and the maquis, a shower room with a bath, a toilet and two washbasins.
