Magnificent villa of 170m square, completed in August 2017, built in the middle of the Corsican maquis. Mountain and Pinarellu Bay view (800 meters as the crow flies). The beach is 3km by road. Mirror pool 10 x 5m (depth 120 to 150 cm), terrace of 75 square meters and sunbath around the pool, air conditioning.
Villa 2 is part of a set of two completely independent houses on a plot of 8000 m2. You will find the map in the photos of the ad, this is Villa 2. Villa 1 is also available for rent, here is the link of the listing https: // www. HomeAway. com / vacation-rental / p1607455.
The Villa has four parental suites with walk-in showers and WC (one upstairs, one on the ground floor and two on the ground floor). All beds are 160 cm. In total there are 4 bathrooms and 5 toilets. The garden level has an additional living room with TV and a mini bar set. The villa is perfect to accommodate families with children or couples. It has the necessary equipment for a carefree stay: modern household appliances, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, plancha and a set of furniture for 8 people and more. Restaurants, and sea and mountain recreation nearby. Figari airport 45 minutes by car.

A Gem

This is the absolute most perfect villa to rent. Everything about it was fantastic. The main living area, with sliding glass doors that open to a majestic pool area with views that couldn’t be better, was the highlight. Our hosts and contacts along the way were also just wonderful. I can’t wait to go back again.

De la gentillesse du propriétaire, à la qualité de l’emplacement, en passant par les superbes prestations de la maison et la beauté du lieu et de la vue, nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille.
