Country Guesthouse

This non-smoking home (smoking outside is permitted) was built in 2005 and is surrounded by beautiful country property and not on a main road. It has paved driveway from the road. Its very clean with laminate floors, new smart tv, ironing board, iron, new washer and dryer. Central Air Conditioner and Heating. This 1 bedroom has a New king bed and blackout curtain . double sleeper couch in living room. dinning table that can seat 4, 2 new chairs and Extra folding chairs in closet. bathroom with shower/tub, towels , shampoo hair dryer, ect.. regular coffee maker, full kitchen, dishes, pots, pans rice cooker, with refrigerator. and stove/oven.
It has a cute front porch to hang out on the rocking chair and listen to the birds and drink coffee. If weather is severe wifi and smart TV might not work, but we do have a lot of dvds in the guesthouse. It is minutes to the Granbury square or Glen Rose.
Just a few miles from the Dinosaur State Park and Fossil Rim Wildlife Center.
we also get wildlife visiting us. We have horses, cows, goats, chickens, and cat on the property to visit with and feed carrots to.
Guest pay for any damages to house done by guest or other guest.
farm animals are close by, but most of the time you cant hear them.
Covered carport is lighted to park your car under and six foot privacy fence in the backyard. Cigar or cigarette is ok outside on front or back porch.
