House on 2 levels, sleeps 9 max on about 80 m².

First floor:
- Kitchen - dining room, electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, Senseo, table and 10 chairs, washing machine, TV.
- a bedroom, a bed of 140 and a folding bed of 90.
- Bathroom with shower with toilet, heated towel rail.
Floor:
- First bedroom (1 bed of 140 and 2 beds of 90 bunk beds)

During school holidays: Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday:
July/August and school holidays: 630 €/week
Outside school holidays: 75 €/ night

The flat-rate cleaning fee is 60 € see conditions with the owner.
Non-smoking accommodation except outside. Pets not allowed.
Vehicle parking not allowed in the courtyard, free public parking in front of the cottage.
