Wonderful place to stay!!

This property was absolutely beautiful!!!! The inside was beautiful! It had plenty of room for all 7 of us! We absolutely loved it! The walk to the beach is beautiful also! Not too far to walk! Kristi was wonderful about letting us know about the checkin process and all! We will definitely stay here again!!!

Mother's Day Weekend

We had a great time on Mother's Day weekend. The condo was nice and clean. Everything was exactly as it was described. The check-in process was quick and easy.

Panama city beach

It was very nice. It's in a gated community with pools,shuffle board and tennis. A little walk to the beach. I would advise not to eat at the coconut restaurant it was nasty.

Perfect vacation getaway!!

We were very comfortable and couldn't be happier with the condo. It was extremely clean and decorated so adorable. I love the updated bathroom!! We felt at home here and it had everything we needed besides our food and personal items. Kristi was extremely easy to communicate with. Short walk to beach, quiet and safe little gated community. We are looking forward to booking here again!

Pride of ownership, nice clean & confortable. 5 min walk to the beach. Everything worked perfectly in the house. Felt like we were at home. Thanks Kristi!

Five-star!! Owner gave us much very useful information before we checked in & maintained good info.

The property is absolutely clean and stylish. Well equipped and comfortable, spotlessly clean. Pictures on the internet do not do this property justice wow factor. Location was fab. Quiet but close to shops, parks and many great restaurants. Very comfortable would definitely recommend. Great value for money. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and it’s a short 3 minute walk to the most beautiful white sandy beaches. Definitely recommend the place if you are planning a trip to Panama City Beach.

Nice clean condo

The condo itself is very nice and Kristi was a great communicator and host. The location was hard to find due to the complex installing new water lines which made the road a mess and at one point it was totally closed. I would just make sure that project is finished before going there. It was hard to walk to the beach at times due to mud and road closure. This is no fault of the owners but did make it difficult at times for us senior citizens to get down there.

Wonderful

The condo is in a great location, close to Pier Park and shopping. The price was fair and the condo was super clean and comfortable. It had a cute little outdoor area we enjoyed. There were pools and other amenities close on the property as well. We enjoyed our stay even if it did rain us out from the beach. We were able to shop and rest in the quiet neighborhood. Also appreciated the safety of a gated community. Check in was super easy. Kristie was great to work with, helpful and friendly. The downstairs bathroom was in the process of being renovated and she was very apologetic, it wasn't complete, so she refunded our cleaning deposit. Which she didn't have to do. It's the little extra that counts, she made us feel welcome and checked on us during our stay and weeks after we checked out. I would definitely stay there again.

Vacation June 2022

My family and I stayed here for a week and had an amazing time. The biggest issue we had was that there was I only one working shower. The other one was being remodeled. We have a family of 6, so that was very inconvenient especially after being at the beach all day and then trying to get ready to go out for dinner. The owner only let me know a couple days before check in, making it impossible to find another place. The place was very clean though and just a 5 minute walk to the beach and there was plenty of room for our family. Just keep in mind, there aren’t any beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys or anything to take to the beach like most places have, so be sure you bring all of your own stuff!

Awesome 5 star stay!

Kristi promised a five star star and she was right! The check in n process was a breeze! Got our parking pass and wrist band- no problem. The property was as advertised- the pictures were perfect! Very comfortable place. Just 3 blocks from the Gulf. I had great photo opportunities to watch the sunset and the waves. Great beach to walk on. The pools were nice. Only one heated- but it was a great pool!!! I did swim in the non heated pool at the end of March- it was do-able! Great kitchen layout. Everything we needed was there. TV/cable good. WIFI- great! I even sent pictures of sunsets to Kristi because the pictures were so nice. I had to share what a wonderful time we had! We plan on coming back to stay

Property was very clean and well stocked. One small issue with check in was the gate code was changed but I finally found it on the latest communication from Kristi. Be aware there is a 25 parking charge per vehicle and 20 per person charge for wrist bands.

Great Place to Stay

Had lots of contact with Kristi the owner, who is amazing! Walking distance to the beach and there was lots of room to spread out when on the beach. Family of ours was staying 7 miles down the road and their place wasn’t nearly as nice. I will definitely stay here again. If you want to try a quaint place to eat off the strip try Beau’s Meat & Two + BBQ, the food was amazing.
