Entertainment: WI-FI is provided by Sparklight, and there is excellent connectivity throughout the townhome. TVs with Roku devices are provided throughout the home including the Great Room, the upstairs master bedroom, and both downstairs bedrooms. Don’t forget to bring your logins to access all your favorite apps (Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, etc.)
Parking/Garage: Guests may park one vehicle inside the garage. Another vehicle may be parked on the driveway, and one additional vehicle may be parked on the street adjacent to the driveway. There is overflow guest parking available at the end of the dead-end cul-de-sac.
Guests are encouraged to store all recreational equipment including bikes, skis, golf clubs, snowboards, etc. inside the garage, as these items are not allowed inside the property.
Additional Amenities: For summer guests, beach equipment and supplies are included with your reservation, including the following: 2 stand up paddle boards, a full-size 2-person adult kayak, 2 kids kayaks, youth/adult life jackets, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand buckets/toys and beach towels. Snowshoes and sleds are provided for winter fun!
Signed Equipment Use Agreement/Waiver required to use SUP, kayaks, etc.
