Cozy studio for 6 at the foot of the slopes, Gourette
This charming 28 m² studio apartment is ideally located on the 4th floor of a residence with an elevator, in the heart of the Gourette resort.
The bright living room, with a television and sofa bed (sleeps 2), opens onto a balcony offering a beautiful view of the ski area.
The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, small refrigerator, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher.
There is an alcove with two 140 cm bunk beds.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, mirror, and separate WC.
Access to the central terrace of the Esplanade du Valentin will be prohibited (due to construction work on the covered parking). Access to the residence entrances and shops is possible via a designated access road.
Tourist tax: current rate/night/person aged 18 and over. Optional services available at preferential rates: linen and towel rental, end-of-stay cleaning.
Security deposit: €260 (credit card imprint).
