Decorated in elegant beach neutrals, this lovely oceanfront condo is ready to welcome you to the beach. There's plenty to enjoy at this elegant space near the ocean - enjoy the view from the private furnished balcony, or take it in from indoors while you relax in the central air conditioning. Cook up meals together in the full kitchen, equipped with everything you need (including a dishwasher and stone counters!). Feel free to pack light, thanks to the private washer/dryer. This condo features a DVD player and a library of DVDs for you to enjoy during your stay. When you're not relaxing in your own private space, guests can enjoy access to a shared pool, hot tub, and charcoal grill.

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 21.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Condo was beautiful, view was amazing and location was great. Elevators were awful especially during busy hours. And parking garage is not big enough for 2 cars to fit down the aisle especially when other vehicles have luggage racks on the bumpers sticking out.

A little slice of paradise.

The unit was clean. Equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils. My whole family thought the beds were comfortable. I would recommend updating the master suite furniture or mattress, the mattress was too small for frame. The view was the best, and you have access from the living room and master bedroom! Have a little patience with the elevators. Pools could use more seating and shade options.

Perfect location!

Beautiful condo in the perfect location. One of the cleaner condos I’ve stayed at in Panama City Beach. Lounge chairs and umbrella were provided so no lugging around heavy chairs which was a major plus for us. Definitely will stay again!

Great place

The location is great. We loved being so close to the beach and having 2 different pools along with the hot tub. Kids loved the arcade. Elevator wait time was upsetting but ive learned that's common at these resorts. Hoped for early check-in but that was not allowed. Overall we enjoyed it.

Fall Vacay

This was our first time staying at Tidewater and it was perfect! Everything was exactly as listed! Had everything we needed including toilet paper and garbage bags! The elevators are slow, but even that wasn’t a huge deal for us. The ice machines were out of order the whole week but that wasn’t a deal breaker either. Having access to the beach chairs and umbrella was a major selling point! We are already looking at booking this property again next year! Can’t wait to go back!

But the view...

Great view and loved having sliding door in bedroom to be able to hear and see ocean all night. Unit needs updates. Leather couch needs to be replaced, bedding should be improved (mattress topper very soft, fitted sheet too small, no blanket, top covers are 4 layers all making the sleep uncomfortable), small details could improve a stay (have a lamp on both nightstands so two people can read in bed, provide beach towels instead of having to use bath towels on the beach, install a full length mirror, soap dishes etc.). The view is what makes this unit stand out and because of that I recommend, but if little touches were added this would be a A+ stay.

Very Disappointing

I NEVER leave reviews, but feel the need to share our experience after staying at this property! We arrived on a Saturday and everything seemed as it should- beautiful space and cleanly. Later that same night we went to the store and stocked up on groceries to get us through the week of our stay. When we return to the condo there was water standing in the kitchen that seemed to be coming from the fridge. We alerted Vacasa and were told someone would be out shortly to fix the issue. No one came, but it was late so we understood. The next morning we woke up and began to cook breakfast when we noticed the oven would not heat. Upon further investigation we found that the heating element in the oven was BROKEN IN HALF. We immediately called Vacasa again and were assured that someone would be out shortly to repair both issues. Someone eventually came Sunday afternoon, but nothing was done to either the oven or the leaky fridge. We noticed the fridge at this point also would not make ice and the kitchen sink sprayer had a hole that would spray water everywhere anytime the water was turned on. Days of continuous calling to Vacasa went by and we were assured time and time again that the issues were being looked into. We were also told that we would be reimbursed for our troubles (especially since we had already purchased a week of groceries that could not be prepared without a functional oven). Finally, on Wednesday afternoon another maintenance man from an outside company came and said he hadn’t been notified of the issues until Tuesday afternoon- 3 days into our 1 week stay. While in the condo the maintenance man called the property manager to get approval and payment so he could begin to fix the oven and fridge. The property manager promptly told him she was on her LUNCH BREAK and that she would call him back later. The maintenance man expressed how sorry he was but that there’s nothing he can do until she approves him to get started and said he hopes he can come back later that night to fix it (which we are so grateful he did). Our issue however was that we purchased groceries under the impression we had a fully functional kitchen. So not only were a majority of those groceries wasted, but we also had to spend extra time AND MONEY to go out to eat for several meals all while having food at the condo. We were told on several occasions we would receive some sort of reimbursement for our trouble and waste of food, however I am writing this review a month after our vacation and no refund has been issued at this time. All in all I believe this property could be beautiful, but it needs better management and updated appliances. If I were you, I would keep looking for other properties.

The best experience we’ve ever had!

My family and I have been coming to PCB every year, at least twice a year for the last 10+ years. Our stay at Tidewater was the best experience we’ve ever had out of all of our visits. The condo was so clean, it was almost shocking. There wasn’t a single grain of sand on the floor. We were definitely surprised with how clean the room was. The check in process was so easy and the employees were so friendly and helpful. We loved the RFID wristbands and the security team patrolling 24/7. It definitely feels like one of the safest properties in PCB. Another thing that was really pleasing was the parking garage. We loved that it was a one way garage so you don’t ever have to worry about an oncoming vehicle speeding around the corner. I also have to say that we were extremely impressed with the speed of the elevators. We’ve never had a good elevator experience with any condo until our stay at Tidewater. The availability and the speed is most definitely the best. Overall, I would highly recommend Tidewater. The cleanliness, the customer service, and the safety is second to none. We can’t wait for more future stays at Tidewater.

Greatest place ever.

Our stay in 2112 at Tidewater was amazing! The unit had any/ all amenities you would ever need or want. The view was spectacular. Watching the stingrays from the balcony was a special treat. The location was perfect. Close enough to walk to restaurants and shops, but yet far enough to have a little away time from the crowds. This particular unit not only had a beautiful balcony from the living room, but also the master bedroom has a balcony. Waking up to that gorgeous view of the ocean was breathtaking. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
