The house is beautifully situated in a curve, providing privacy and tranquility. Outside, guests can unwind in their private swimming pool, open from 1 May to 15 October. The garden spans 400 m² and features a fenced area for relaxation along with parking space for two cars. The surrounding landscape makes it ideal for your summer vacation.

Inside, the house boasts a warm and inviting atmosphere with spacious communal areas. There’s a comfortable living room with a sofa, dining area, and a modern kitchen equipped with all the necessary cooking appliances. The well-furnished terrace with a barbecue is perfect for outdoor meals and relaxation. Natural light creates a pleasant ambiance throughout the house.

• 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm) plus a sofa bed (140 cm).
