The place is perfectly located (2nd district), with everything you need nearby. The place is ideal for a solo traveller, as it is quite small and tight. Portable beds frame was broken when I was there. Host was reliable and helpful.

Many compromises - for very small person

Super location and good fast communication, but many issues with comfort. This place is for one very small person who’s okay with a micro bathroom, hard thin foam bed, some smoking from neighbors, and 4 flights of very shallow and slanted (!) spiral stairs. My home is also 4 flights up, so I thought this would be fine - but these stairs are notably more tiring and hard on the joints (the surfaces of the stairs literally slant down, toward the center of the spiral - probably the building’s center has ‘settled’ inward). I’m 5’5 / 165cm and average weight - bathroom was just barely workable for me, and apt’s main ceiling is so low I can stand barefoot and press my palm flat against the ceiling. This was an exactly ideal location but too many comfort compromises.

● Emplacement et prix honnête. Parfait pour 4 jours./ ●Location and honest price. Perfect for 4 days

● Nous donnons une excellente note à notre hôte. Réponses rapides, et il nous a rendu un service sans compensation qui nous a beaucoup aidé et fait gagner du temps. Le studio était très propre, et parfaitement calme (aucun bruit à l'intérieur du bâtiment, ni aucun bruit jour et nuit même avec les 2 fenêtres ouvertes. Tout est pensé dans le détail, il ne manque rien et on a assez de la place pour ranger les affaires dans les tiroirs sous le lit. La salle de bain est très petite mais ça va juste si on a une constitution standard. Le lit pliable est facile à installer et il est confortable, les duvets sont d'excellente qualité. Il faut être bien organisé mais tout y est pour cuisiner simplement. L'emplacement même s'il est très calme est parfait, à 2 minutes à pied de tout . Même le métro est à deux pas. N'hésitez pas . On y retournera avec plaisir, autant pour le studio que pour la gentillesse de l'hôte que l'on remercie chaleureusement. ● We give our host an excellent rating. The studio was very clean, and perfectly quiet (no noise inside the building, nor any noise day and night even with the 2 windows open. Everything is thought out in detail, nothing is missing and we have enough space to store things in the drawers under the bed. The bathroom is very small but it's just ok if you have a standard build. The foldable bed is easy to install and it is comf
