Hop on the Little Traverse Wheel Way: Located on the Bike Path. In the fall, minutes away from the Tunnel of Trees, during the winter 5 minutes from Boyne Highlands and Nub's Nob. Doesn't matter the season, this home is perfectly located for enjoyment of all seasons. This home has room to sleep 6, with brand new carpet and flooring for 2021 as well as new beds, and paint....Be one of the first to book your reservation.

This fantastic vacation rental was wonderful for our family of four. Michael, our host communicated quickly and clearly. The place was equipped with everything that we needed. The location sits right across from Toski Sands Market for breakfast items, very close to Petoskey Brewing for lunch or dinner, and near Petoskey State Park for finding Petoskey stones. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Really nice location with walkability to Petoskey State Beach, Woody's for bike rentals, and Toski sands for sandwiches and other convenience items. Easy, short drive to either Petoskey or Harbor Springs. The condo was very clean. It's extremely basic but has the necessities including laundry and cleaning supplies.

My husband & I booked this place "last minute"!! Thrilled we were able to even find an acceptable place for this time of year... and, reasonably priced! The condo was exactly as described. Very clean, and a peaceful setting. Had everything you could possibly need!! The beds were SOOO comfortable. But, the living room furniture was not! Our camp chairs were more comfortable! If granite counters and high-end decor is what you expect, go somewhere else. There literally is no decor. However, aesthetics do not make or break OUR vacations!!! We were EXTREMELY pleased!! Location is perfect. One driveway over, you're entering the state park/beach!! Super close to anything and everything! The host was very responsive, as well! We definitely would stay here again!!!

Excellent Location!

My wife, two small children and I had a fantastic time staying here. We will definitely be looking to book here again. The location was perfect, close to groceries, brewery, and 9 minutes from the Highlands and Nubs. The property was clean and the hosts were great.
