I also love:
The updated classy, condo.
Located very close to amenities, within very short walking distance.
900 square feet. Just the right size to spread out but keep everyone together.
Playing euchre or dominos around the kitchen table.
Sitting outside on the patio watching the sunset dip below the trees.
Kitchen is big enough to make a nice meal, but not so big that it's hard to clean up.
Putting my feet up on the ottoman and watching the fireplace while also seeing the outdoor beauty.
Walking outside in my bare feet and feeling the soft grass.
Having a picnic underneath the tree, right outside the doors.

Please park in garage at night. The association charges $40 for cars not registered at the front desk. Parking in the garage avoids this fee.
Many people park outside without an issue and never get ticketed, but we wanted to be completely up front.
If you choose to use the pool/beach towels, please be so kind as to wash and dry them. They are so big, they take forever to dry.

This was a wonderful , clean property. The pics were accurate and the location excellent for Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Loved the indoor fitness facility. I was able to swim each day…a big plus for my lap swimming. Would definitely recommend.

Indoor pool, hot tub and sauna were all clean. Perfect for enjoying after a day in the downtown areas. Condo is centrally located with all the necessary amenities. Kitchen has everything needed to prepare and make meals. Check-in and Check-out process was clearly and timely communicated.

Trout Creek is a wonderful resort in the perfect location. It’s between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. We love to vacation here. We wanted to ride the bike trails and needed a garage to secure our ebikes. There is so much to do in this area. It’s an outdoor lovers paradise. This condo fit our needs perfectly. We road each day and relaxed by the pool in the afternoons. The condo was clean and comfortable. We will definitely come back.

Great Time Up North!

It was a long weekend trip for our 52nd wedding anniversary. We wanted to be near Petosky to see a group of old friends and the location was perfect! A really comfortable facility with everything we needed to make it a wonderful trip!

Perfect Stay @ Trout Lake

Perfectly located stay with plenty to do. Our apartment had video games and board games to play with and was perfectly located across from the pool. Clean quiet and garage for the car was a perfect touch. I hope I get to stay at this property in the future. My family just loved it.

Awesome Location

Place was clean and fulfilled all of our needs. Love the huge area that surrounds the condos. I am a big morning walker and was able to walk 4 miles every morning without having to leave the complex.

Nice family place

A good central location for our sightseeing plans. Unit was nicely located close to the pool which would be perfect for anyone with children. The spare bedroom is great for children and the king size mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Central, quiet and safe!

Wonderful vacation condo!

Stayed here in early summer. Pools were clean and heated. Excellent grounds with trails. Condo was perfect and everything provided. Remote for fireplace now has new batteries. Kids loved it and convenient to Petosky and Harbor Springs. This place also would be excellent for winter trips to highlands or nubs. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place in Harbor Springs!

Great Trout Creek condo that fit all of our needs! Location is wonderful, between downtown Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Loved the convenience of having the fitness room! The condo is nicely updated, very clean, comfortable, quiet and well-equipped! Great corner unit, and we were grateful for the garage as well. Hosts are extremely wonderful to work with and communicate quickly. Will love to stay here again!!

Northern MI family stay

Great little home base to spiral out to see all the nature Northern Mi has to offer. My husband enjoyed parking in the garage! I enjoyed having two bedrooms! My teens enjoyed the multiple bed options so one had to share. Nice pools. We also played pickleball.
