This luxury townhouse is fantastically spacious and comes complete with air conditioning and wi-fi throughout helping you to stay comfortably cool and connected with the world for the duration of your stay!
The open plan living/ dining room is bright and roomy and decorated in a modern fashion, you will find in the living are a 50” TV and DVD player meaning you can always sit back and relax with a film or some music after your busy days out! There is also a brilliant dining table big enough to seat 8. The modernistic kitchen comes complete with all appliances including a coffee machine, so you can take a seat at the breakfast bar and start your day with a fresh coffee!
This townhome has not only one but two fabulous master suites! These both have a king size bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom, you really will feel spoilt! The other bedrooms consist of a room with to full size beds and another room equipped with fashionable bunk beds to sleep 3, this room would be brilliant for the kids if your bringing them along! Each of the bedrooms have a current 32” TV.

Outside you will find your private south facing pool which can be heated for an additional cost. The screened patio is equipped with two sun loungers and seating for 8 and is not over looked, this is an excellent area for playing, catching a tan and having a dip in the pool to cool down! The door to the pool also has a pool alarm for safety, perfect for those with children.
If you like to keep on top of your laundry whilst you are away, then you will be delighted to know that this property is completed with all laundry equipment including a washer and dryer!

Paradise Palms is located within 5 to 10 minutes easy drive of all Disney attractions and 20 to 25 minutes to Universal Studios and Sea World.
the resort is also close to all superb golf courses and state parks, and a wide range of great restaurants, excellent shopping facilities for day to day requirements minutes away, Shopping Malls and Premium within 10 to 20 minutes’ drive depends of your choice.
There are many supermarkets within a few minutes’ drive, Target, Publix and Walmart, Lowes etc .
Please note that if you have a package delivered to the home it will be delivered to the clubhouse and you will be charged $10 per package by the Resort upon collection of the package. Please note that this is a Paradise Palms Resort Rule not a JC Vacation Homes rule.

The pool can be heated for your stay during the winter months for an extra cost.
