Each villa is private, with private grounds and stunning views! Nikolioudis Villa Spirit is a luxury two levelled villa with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 WC and can easily accommodate up to 10 guests. The ground floor of the villa boasts the large living room, the dining area, the WC and the kitchen. All decorated in a minimal sense with modern touches. The upper level boasts the 4 bedrooms and the 3 full bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have double beds and 2 of them en-suite bathrooms with shower. The last bedroom has 2 single beds each and there is also one large bathroom with shower. The single beds can be converted and used as a double bed. All of the bedrooms have stunning view and large balconies.

From the main living area, large patio doors lead out to the open sun terraces that surround the beautifully designed private pool. Offering breathtaking views, the exterior of Nikolioudis Villa Spirit is ideal for having a great time with your family or friends.The outdoor area is spacious and provides parasols, sunbeds and dining area, next to the large BBQ. Everything is designed in perfect harmony to offer a private and homelike feeling!

We had an amazing holiday!

We want to thank Nikos and especially Giwrgos for the amazing service which made our holiday perfect. Giwrgos was always available whenever we had any requests. The house was very clean when we arrived and the check-in proces was flawless. The only small downside of the villa is that it is located on a hill. It is a 15 minute walk to the beach, bars, restaurants. To conclude: if you are looking for an awesome villa to enjoy an holiday with friends or family then Nikolioudakis is the one!

Absolutely fabulous villa that appears just as it does in the images. It was perfect for my multi generational family of 10. Lots of space inside and out to relax in. Position up the hill provides lovely views and a gentle breeze that meant we never felt too hot. 10/15 min stroll down hill to lovely local tavernas. A few minutes further down to the beach/front with loads for everyone to do and everyone friendly. Nikos and his team could not have been more accommodating. Sorted no nonsense fair priced car hire which was waiting for us on arrival. Perfect transfers to and from the airport. Activity and restaurant recommendations... or advice on how to sort for yourself. Nothing too much trouble as they dropped by with any necessaries. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic villa in beautiful surroundings.

Just returned from the most fabulous holiday at this amazing villa. The villa is very spacious, immaculately clean and modern. It easily accommodated 7 adults and a 2 yr old. It is situated about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and lovely local tavernas. Agia Marina is a great area offering a wide variety of restaurants and a beautiful beach and beach bars. The service and hospitality we received from Georgious and Nicos was outstanding. From arriving at airport ( using George for pickup) to the day we left . Nothing was too much trouble - we hired 1 car but to be truthful used Georgious for transport to Chania and local Winery, airport pickups and drop off and they would have organised car hire had we not already booked it. So so helpful on recommending places to visit also. Thank you both so much for ensuring our holiday was perfect. We will definitely return to your beautiful villa very soon.

Super freundliche Gastgeber und top Unterkunft

Das Haus ist sehr sauber, modern und schön ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber waren besonders freundlich und bemüht uns jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Die Lage ist ruhig und auf einem Hügel mit toller Aussicht. Einkaufs- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind super mit dem Mietwagen erreichbar.
