Just what we needed...

We helped move our son down to Florence for school and were looking for a place to stay for the week. What we found was this nice home close to the school. It had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the host was seamless. Always responded to my questions within minutes, sometimes even quicker. House was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this house.

A cute little cottage, clean and remodeled, with parking enough for my pickup pulling a trailer. The host was thoughtful enough to leave earplugs to ensure a good night's sleep. Overall an acceptable experience.

Comfortable and Clean

The house smelled clean when we walked in! The sheets were clean and there were fresh towels. We were in for a baseball tournament. My son and I were comfortable inside the house. It was VERY convenient to have a washer and dryer to get uniforms clean between games. We had most everything we could have needed. Even with the heat index in the trip digits, the house stayed cool. The location was convenient for all things we needed... We were within 5 or 10 mins from grocery stores, ball parks, hotel where the rest of the team was, and restaurants.

Cottage stay

The house was nice and clean. It was also very nicely decorated. A couple of things I was surprised by, but not bothered, was no centeal heat/air. There were a couple of window units and a couple of space heaters. Also, the house slopes downward in the kitchen. It was not a bother to us just surprised by that upon entering the kitchen. Also, does not have cable/dish/direct tv BUT does have prime video with commercials so we were able to watch movies. Overall very comfortable and cozy!!

Carol is a retired Nurse practitioner, and I am a retired Realtor. (If you like our beautiful area and want to know more about living here, ask me.) We are blessed to have two sons, both married and four grandchildren. We love to travel, play golf, and do ballroom dance. We are excited about being your host and will do everything we can to help you have a wonderful 5-star experience staying at any of our 5 locations. We respect your privacy, so you won't see us much, if at all, but we are as close as your phone if you need something.
