Vieux Boucau, in a residential area 2 steps from the beaches, pleasant 4 bedroom house ideally located. If the decoration may seem a little outdated, all the comfort is nevertheless gathered to allow a successful family or friends holiday.
Composition: a beautiful living room with living room and dining room, a separate kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, microwave..., 3 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 veranda, 1 bathroom with bath, sink, bidet and washing machine, 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, 1 separate toilet. Garden. Terrace with garden furniture. Barbecue. Possibility to park 2 cars on the plot. Capacity: 8 people.
A contribution to charges of €50 per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER et MID-MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 150€).
