This 4-bedroom, 2-bath retreat sleeps 8 comfortably and is located on a quiet canal with direct access to Estes Flats, Redfish Bay, and Aransas Bay. Whether you’re bringing your own boat, soaking in the water views or fishing off the dock, this is the perfect blend of relaxation and recreation.

Start your mornings by savoring a cup of coffee on the expansive back deck, allowing the refreshing bay breezes to rejuvenate your senses. Whether you're working remotely on your laptop in the shaded breezeway or simply soaking up the sun's rays, this tranquil environment is the ideal backdrop. New private boat dock that provides 28' of open dock space for guest use (boat lift is not available for guest use). The canal-front features a fish cleaning station, water hoses, green fishing light to enjoy night fishing in the evening and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors.

Our home has tile floors throughout, a large open floor-plan living area, fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats 3 and a large kitchen table that seats 6.

The expansive 2nd story porch patio is accessible from the living/dining room areas, and has a beautiful view over the water, perfect for morning coffee or late day sunsets and cocktails. The outdoor ground space features a large, covered breezeway with cocktail lounge set, picnic table and bbq grill, perfect for outdoor dining or just relaxing in the shade enjoying the bay breeze. (All living spaces are located on the second floor).

There are 4 fully furnished bedrooms with brand new mattresses and bedding, as well as two full bathrooms with walk in showers and bench seating.
Master Bedroom is a large fully furnished master bedroom suite with king bed, full-size dresser, new mattress and bedding, Smart TV, double french doors opening up to the 2nd story deck that overlooks the water. There is also a console that can serve as a desk for those working / learning remotely. Master bath has a walk in shower, double vanity with lots of counter space to set personal belongings on.
Bedroom 2 - is a large fully furnished bedroom with 2 full beds, new mattresses, dresser and Roku TV.
Bedroom 3 - fully furnished bedroom with a new queen bed, full-size dresser, mirror & Smart TV.
Bedroom 4 - is a cozy room, featuring a twin bed with built in drawers & nightstand.

Our base rate is for occupancy of 6 with a maximum of 8 persons total (which includes adults & children). Additional guest fee applies over 6 persons and must be approved when booked & prior to arrival. We welcome weekly & monthly stays, additional security deposit and agreement may be requested for stays longer than 30 days.
