Feel relaxed the minute you walk in the door as you take in the lake & mountain view. Features spacious kitchen, 2 living areas, 3 bedrooms and a large master suite. The pool, firepit and 2-story dock are just steps away.There are 3 exterior cameras on property. One at each entrance for our security. Back door camera covers pool from a distance. There is a boat ramp available 1.5 miles away.

We had an excellent stay! The house was clean when we arrived and well maintained. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our trip.One of the things that really stood out was the number of amenities provided. The home was stocked with everything we needed and even had a beer fridge. The highlight of the property was definitely the dock. It was great for swimming. It was also a fantastic spot for fishing, and our group made great use of it every day. Having such easy access to the water added so much to the overall experience.

This house was very nice and we enjoyed our stay here. The only thing we were a little disappointed in was the boat slip at the private dock was not available for use for our boat so we had to stay tied off to the side. The water was pretty rough for a few days so our boat took a little bit of banging around and water gushing in due to the waves. The house was clean and beautiful and the backyard area/pool was as well. The cameras facing the pool and dock were a little uncomfortable but understandable. Everyone enjoyed jumping from the two story dock as well. Our host was very helpful and responded quickly when we needed to communicate.

Happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. We try hard to make sure our guests enjoy their visit. To clarify, the boat slip is unavailable due to our boat being stored there. Unfortunately we cannot control the weather or the waves and dock tie up is at guest’s discretion. Most every house on the lake will have cameras for security. Our cameras are mainly for check in check out to assist housekeeping or to check on property when vacant. They are not monitored at all times.

A Dream

This property is absolutely stunning and is super well kept. It has everything you could possibly want including a magical pool with the most gorgeous view of the lake and dock. We had the most relaxing, and fun, weekend celebration with close friends for my husband’s 49th birthday. Thank you for sharing this oasis and we all want to come back again!

Great family getaway

Our family has stayed here multiple times each summer for the past few years. It never disappoints. The home is beautiful and always immaculate. The kitchen is well appointed with anything you might need to prepare meals if you would like. The home is conveniently located close to Fox Hollow and Possum Hollow if you want to grab a bite to eat or pickup something you might have forgotten at the store. The views of the lake are amazing and the pool relaxing.

Great location, beautiful views.

Our family has stayed here multiple times over the past few years. The lake house is perfect for us. The host is very responsive to messages and always accommodating. There are multiple seating areas to sit, visit and enjoy the lake views. A cozy outdoor couch under the covered porch next to the hot tub. An additional seating area overlooking the lake and the pool, then a fun seating area next to the pool surrounding a fire pit. The beds are comfy and the home is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked if you plan to prepare meals and the home is always impeccably clean. We will be back in July and look forward to many more family lake trips to come.

Perfect location, gorgeous lake house & our favorite home on PK

This was our second stay at this lake house. As usual the house was clean and well maintained. It was 105 outside but cool indoors upon arrival. Our family enjoys the views from the pool as well as the multiple seating areas on the porch and around the fire pit. The kitchen is well stocked if you need to prepare meals during your stay. The snack basket is a sweet touch and the kids enjoyed making s’mores. The host is responsive to questions and accommodating. We love this lake house and in my opinion the quieter side of the lake.

We had a great time at the house. It was exactly as described. If we weren’t fishing off of the dock, kayaking, or supping we were in the pool. It was amazing!Beds were all comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. It had to everything and anything you would need. Everything you have in your kitchen at home is in this kitchen. Had a huge thunderstorm roll through that knocked out the power for a few hours. Melissa was sending us updates as to when the power would be restored. If we sent her a message asking a question we had a response within minutes of sending it. I highly recommend if you are going to this area you stay here. We will definitely be going back.

Listing failed to mention that there were cameras facing the pool and hot tub and the PM was watching them non-stop. Not sure why VRBO would allow constant surveillance. To the point where we would not use pool or hot tub once we discovered her surveillance. Place was nasty dirty with hair on walls in shower. Warning and do not touch signs everywhere on everything at the property. WiFi was not working half the time. Lots of old past due food in refrigerator.

We also have clear house rules in place for the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests. This particular reservation involved repeated violations of those rules, which required us to step in. While we understand not every stay will be a perfect fit, we believe it is important to clarify that our security cameras are limited to exterior areas for safety purposes only and are disclosed in our listing. At no point are guests subject to “constant surveillance.” We welcome respectful guests who appreciate a clean, well-maintained property and who follow the guidelines that help us create a positive experience for everyone.

We had to file a damage claim due to broken/damaged items not reported. Furniture was rearranged & alcohol beverage cans thrown on dock roof that could not be retrieved.
