Ontvangst was zeer slecht. De communicatie met de beheerder was een ramp zowel bij het inchecken als bij het uitchecken!Op details na ( geen reserve toiletpapier en een tekort aan vuilniszakken) was de de plek 4de verdieping in orde.Wij hadden geboekt met parkeerplaats, deze was tot onze ontsteltenis NIET beschikbaar.Hiervoor willen wij gecompenseerd worden!

Beste, Dank u wel voor uw feedback. Het spijt ons dat uw verblijf niet helemaal aan uw verwachtingen voldeed, vooral bij aankomst en vertrek. Zoals vermeld in het bevestigingsbericht vragen wij gasten om de beheerder ca. 30 minuten voor aankomst te verwittigen om wachttijden te vermijden. Omdat dit niet was gebeurd, moest de verantwoordelijke zich nog verplaatsen, wat een vertraging van ongeveer 30 minuten veroorzaakte. Onze excuses voor dit ongemak. Wat betreft de voorzieningen: er waren wel 2 rollen toiletpapier en vuilniszakken aanwezig (onder de gootsteen), maar het is mogelijk dat dit over het hoofd werd gezien. We zullen dit voortaan duidelijker zichtbaar maken. Voor de parkeerplaats begrijpen wij uw teleurstelling. Deze wordt, zoals vermeld in de advertentie, enkel aangeboden onder voorbehoud van beschikbaarheid. Door een recent gemeentelijk besluit konden wij dit helaas niet garanderen. De informatie is bij de ingang van de residentie en ook telefonisch doorgegeven. We hopen dat u ondanks dit alles het comfort van de woning heeft kunnen waarderen. C'est la 2ème année consécutive que nous venons dans cet appartement avec mes enfants à la période des cerfs-volants. Il est très agréable en tout point, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer du salon/salle à manger. Un véritable bonheur pour se ressourcer ! Un grand merci à Jean-Christophe pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Il veille à ce que notre séjour séjour se déroule au mieux. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
