Inside of the cabin was Clean and neat. Master bedroom and den were comfortable . Screened in porch was nice listening to the river.Close to Helen and other places to visit.Would look into a gas grill outside. There was not charcoal or a lighter to use the steel grill.(We did buy both)The chairs and Chaise lounges were old and mildew. Update kitchen potholders and a large frying pan.

Beautiful surroundings. So quiet. The bubbling sound of the river was quite relaxing. The cabin had high quality furniture and was decorated perfectly. Unique coffee and end tables.the screened in porch was the best. Like a tree top without the mosquitos.

Great property and I loved the decor with the fishing and hunting theme. The price was a little further out than we normally stay but I liked that and the house was really out in nature and very shady. Wanted to walk down to the river but was afraid I couldn’t make the climb out. We actually saw a black bear cross in front of us on the trip back from Helen.

3 days not enough time!

The cabin was wonderful! Pictures don’t do it justice. We stayed 3 nights and would have loved to have stayed longer! Someone had already booked or we would have. Deer in back yard, cozy inside and sitting on back porch listening to the river was amazing! Great location and easy to get to. 15/10 stars! Can’t wait to book again!

Great Weekend

My family has been visiting the Helen area for years. Finally was able to show my wife’s family the area. It was the perfect cozy cabin for us.

Beautiful area

Convenient to all the places we wanted to go. The river is gorgeous, but NOT easily accesible for the elderly or those with limited mobility. Decor is over the top. 1000s of bears, and lots of taxidermy. It could be cleared out a good bit.Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay!

No internet

The cabin was beautiful. And the snow. However, it’s completely unacceptable to not have Internet in either of your cabins. Nathan was kind enough to stop by. He was not able to repair The Internet issue. The roads became impassable after Friday morning. And for 4 days our families didn’t know if we were dead or alive. Had we needed police or ambulance we had no way to call them. And no TV. NO WEATHER UPDATES. And we needed help being pulled out of the frozen yard. But no phones. I suggest if you have properties, make sure your Internet works. Nathan told us you have been having issues with it for a few weeks. If only we had known…

Great Weekend Get Away

Great place to stay, especially if you want quiet and family time. We had a very nice time and stay. Walked down to the creek and took some photos, visited Helen GA did a little shopping, and enjoyed a few food establishments.

Great Stay!

It was everything we expected. Had an outside fire with the river in sight. Everything was clean and have zero complaints! Will recommend this stay to others.

Helen trip

I booked this cabin to stay in for a few days while I ran a race. The cabin was very spacious and clean, the decor is a bit much but overall it is a beautiful cabin with clean bathrooms, a comfortable bed and all the amenities needed. The view is beautiful and I would absolutely stay there again.

Excellent trip!!

This property was absolutely beautiful and the cabin was perfect for what we needed!! The bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable and the cabin had everything we needed to get started. We went to the Ingles grocery store and got everything else we needed. The deck/stairway to the creek behind the house was great and the scenery was beautiful! The short drive into Helen was also gorgeous with the trees all changing color. Don’t plan to have anything delivered as far as food or DoorDash/uber eats because the cabin is outside of delivery areas, but as long as we knew that, we could make alternate plans and luckily we had already been to the grocery store. My daughter loved the bear themed decor. We actually turned it into a game to see who could find the most bears. We counted over 90! We were very happy with this rental and would absolutely book it again!

Family vacation

We had an awesome time. Cabin was nice and homey. We loved sitting on screened porch after a day of sightseeing. We were close to towns and wineries but cabin felt nice and secluded.

Oktoberfest and fall leaves

Cabin was private with comfortable beds and a nice view of the creek. We chose this location for access to Helen, Dahlonega, and Tallulah Falls. We had trouble with the internet, Don sent a guy out to fix it. I give it four stars because the outside porch and decks needed some TLC. Overall, we were very comfortable there for the week.

My Husband bought this Cabin when we first met and started dating. This Cabin is so special to us. We spent every weekened there,and hated to leave when we had to go back home. We fell in Love with the Mountains and the Area. I know this place will be as Special to you as it has always been for us.

We love the Mountains, and the river. It is located in a Beautiful Valley with lots of Wildlife (Deer, Turkeys and the occasional BEAR). So convenient to other Mountain Attractions and Towns.

We enjoy being outside, swinging on our swing by the fire pit, playing in the River, listening to Nature. We also love to ride the roads to look for Critters. We often go into the quaint little Alpine town of Helen, where there is so much to do. Lots of shopping,Restaurants, Amusement Parks, Tubing, Golf and much more.
