Large 470 square foot guest suite with king bed, wicker sitting area, TV, large closet with Keurig, Refrigerator, and Microwave. Your space comes with an adjacent landing/library and full bath, all on the second floor of our home. This home is on a quiet cul-de-sac 1/2 mile from Thomas Point Beach and campground and one-mile to Cooks Corner. Historic Bath, Maine is less than 10 minutes away with history, architecture, and a lovely downtown area for shopping and a sweet park by the Kennebec River that hosts a farmers market. Reid State Park and Popham beach are also nearby. Brunswick is home to Bowdoin College, historical museums, many wonderful restaurants, music, arts, and shopping, all about five minutes away. There's great golfing all around and the Brunswick Executive Airport for flying lessons or tours can be had only two miles away.

Located three miles from Bowdoin College and 10 minutes to Bath, this large new-build offers a second floor 360 sq ft bed room with King size bed and roomy sitting area with a TV. There is a large bathroom with tub and shower and a 110 sq ft “landing library” for a comfortable spot to read and relax. The space also has a coffee bar, microwave, and refrigerator. We even include bathrobes.

What’s nearby:
The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac ½ mile from Thomas Bay and one mile to Cooks Corner area where there are restaurants, and shopping.. The Brunswick Landing (former Naval Air Base) is home to many new businesses including schools, a fantastic bakery, a brewery, and golf course.

Bath, Maine is a beautiful 10 minute drive away to the east where you can visit the Maine Maritime Museum, a Saturday farmers market, lovely downtown shopping, and access to lighthouses and Reid State Park / Popham Beach. There are also walking tours and boat tours on the Kennebec River.

To the west, three miles away is Bowdoin College and the town of Brunswick. The Joshua Chamberlain Museum and Harriet Beecher Stowe House are just a couple of the historic sites. There are walking trails along the Androscoggin River, a park with concerts every Wednesday during the summer, art shows, and a farmers market in the beautiful downtown park. Restaurants and stores along Maine Street could keep you occupied for hours.

We are about 35 minutes from Portland.

We had a wonderful stay at Susan's, even though we were only there for one night! The check-in instructions were perfectly clear and it was such a cute space- The little touches that they put out were so wonderful and it was so clean and comfortable!

This is a quiet location near to restaurants and shopping. Jeff and Susan were delightful and provided a clean, very nicely decorated private room with a very personal touch. They left little gifts for you if you stay more than 1 day. It is one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed, and can’t wait to return.

We LOVED staying at serendipity! It was the coziest space that was perfectly decorated. Susan and Jeff were so thoughtful and provided above and beyond anything you could ask for during a stay from helpful information about the area to practical things you may need while you are there (paper towels, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc). We only stayed two nights which felt short, wish we could have stayed for longer! But next time we come to the area, we will certainly hope to stay here again.

Exceptional hospitality! The hosts, Susan and Jeff, truly thought of all the details that make a stay comfortable. The place is also very well-situated, and the hosts provided a lot of recommendations for dining and activities. I would definitely reserve again, and I would recommend it to anyone else!

This was our second stay and we love it. The location is great, just minutes from downtown Brunswick, Bath and amazing restaurants with fresh seafood. So much to do and so little time. The host are wonderful, know the area and events going on. We look forward to our next trip.

Just a lovely respite from a long road trip, the accommodations were amazing so home like and comfortable, our hosts were so welcoming & we so enjoyed our brief stay, the bedding was so comfortable we sept so soundly. Everything thing you could think of was provided and more !

I’ve stayed in a lot of places all over and this is second to none. For starters the hosts are AMAZING. They thought of everything and made our stay special. The accommodation is clean and the space is beautifully arranged and thought out. The bed was so comfortable, we slept great. Great central location, close to everything you’d want to go visit. Can’t say enough good things. Will definitely stay here again if we are in ME.

After hiking/camping in Acadia for about a week, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our last night in Maine. The suite was so comfy, decorated perfectly, and super clean. Susan and Jeff personalized things for me and my guest and made us feel extremely welcome. I would definitely stay here again!

Very convenient and clean accommodations. Many shopping and dining options are nearby. The home is only a 15-minute drive to Freeport as well.

This is a lovely place to stay. I stayed here last year for a couple of nights, and did the same this year. Susan has a real eye for anything that might make a guest feel at home and pampered! The place couldn't be any cleaner, or the hosts more welcoming. It's a quick drive to areas with lots of restaurants and shops, and even to small towns nearby that are fun to explore. There is a notebook in the enormous guest room with detailed recommendations for restaurants and other places of note. I hope my visit there will (or has!) become and annual tradition!Deborah

I continue to return to this property because it is beautifully set up, has lots of amenities, is private (although the hosts are very friendly and accommodating), and is located close to many Maine destinations. Comprehensive listing for local eateries, activities, and destinations are provided by the hosts. I will be returning!

Such a fabulous stay. The space was bright, clean, and comfortable, and the special touches made it feel even more welcoming. It was larger than expected, and we loved having a mini fridge and coffee machine, perfect for slow mornings or a little wine and cheese at the end of the day. We’d return in a heartbeat.

Susan and Jeff exceeded expectations and have set the bar incredibly high for any future trips we take anywhere else! Not only were they extraordinary hosts, their space and home has been transformed to ensure that their renters feel both comfortable and pampered. With so many thoughtful gestures, their guests feel truly cared for - a specific detail that was so incredibly appreciated as my husband and I traveled to Maine for a funeral memorial service. Local suggestions were provided regarding dining, as well as local events that were occuring so we didn't miss out on local entertainment like the Clam Festival in Yarmouth! Would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend anybody else to book a trip here!

A gem!!! The accommodations were wonderful, it had a large guest room but still had a cozy feel to it. The host's attention to detail was over and above. There wasn't anything I could have added... there even was half and half in the fridge for my coffee .It was 10-15 minute drive to Bath and downtown Brunswick. They also put together a binder with FAQ, restaurant recommendations and various places to shop. Well done!! I hope to return in the future and would highly recommend this VRBO

We are semi-retired and recently moved to Maine from Santa Fe, NM. Jeff previously taught middle school science and Susan was most recently a training director and she previously owned a bed and breakfast in Bar Harbor, Maine. We love Maine and love sharing information about our fabulous state. We take a personalized approach toward all of our guests and plan to give you the best guest experience we can.

Our house backs up to a forest and we are very centrally located to many activities. The house is new and we love sharing it. The guest space is on the second floor of our home. When you are with us only you use the front entrance.
