This beautiful, secluded house offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday with privacy and a sense of well-being. The bright and comfortably furnished rooms make a stylish impression and invite you to take a successful break with the family. Entertain yourself in the games room with billiards or darts and spend relaxing hours in the lounge. In the evening you can relax in the sauna.
In addition to the stylish and modern interior of the house, you also get a large natural plot with comfortable facilities such as a swimming pool, whirlpool and sunbathing lawn. The outdoor area is designed as a Mediterranean park and offers a variety of sports and children's facilities for the whole family.
The nearest beach is only 800 metres from the house. Martinska beach is surrounded by a pine forest and offers a beautiful view of the town of ibenik. From here you can reach ibenik by boat in a few minutes. You live 3 km from the town beach of Jadrija. In addition to the beautiful beaches, in the summer season you will find several restaurants, cafes, pizzerias and a pastry shop, a small shop and a bakery. For cultural excursions, you can visit Vodice, 8 km away, or ibenik, 12 km away. You can also visit the breathtaking waterfalls in the Krka National Park and experience the paradisiacal islands in the Kornati National Park.
