In 2014, fully renovated two-room apartment in the south of Westerland near the Südwäldchens and Südstrands. The apartment is on the third Upstairs. It is about 35 square meters and consists of

a living / bedroom with a single bed, a sofa and a dining table for four,
a bedroom with a double bed,
a balcony,
as well as a kitchen and a shower room.

A parking space is available. In addition, a storage room can be used in the basement.

Sylvester auf der Insel Sylt

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut gelegen. Der Strand und die City Westerland sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Küche ist großartig ausgestattet. Das Haus ist recht ruhig und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne mal wieder Sylt.

Wunderbare Wohnung!

Die Wohnung ist super und auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Sie ist perfekt und modern ausgestattet, man findet alles, was man für einen Urlaub in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Die Lage ist gut, der Strand ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen, auch das Zentrum Westerland ist zu Fuß in 15-20 Minuten zu erreichen, (wir hatten uns allerdings für unsere Urlaubswoche ein E-Bike gemietet:) Für unseren nächsten Sylt-Urlaub planen wir auf jeden Fall diese Wohnung wieder zu buchen.

Wohlfühlwohnung

Sehr sauber und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Die geschmackvollen weiß lackierten Einbauschränke sorgen für eine helle und freundliche Atmosphäre und bieten viel Stauraum. Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

Kleine schöne Wohnung gute Einrichtung

Den Fußweg mit Gepäck vom Bahnhof ist mit Google Maps viel zu aufwendig. Vom Bahnhof mit dem Bus Linie 2 erste Station Lerchenweg raus und dann zwischen Häuser und Parkdeck gehen und man steht direkt davor.

Schöne, kleine, feine Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Unweit sind zwei Busstationen. Zu Fuss in 15 Minuten am Meer! Bei Fragen, rasche Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Immer wieder!

Im 3. Stock eines größeren Wohnblocks, nahe Strand. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement. Erstaunlich, was aus 35 qm werden kann. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, inkl. „Pott un Pann“ in hochwertiger Ausführung. Schönes Duschbad. Kleiner Balkon, auf dem 2 Personen gut sitzen können. Ich würde hier gerne wieder herkommen, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen

Sehr ruhige und schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Das Zentrum wie auch der Strand sind zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Es ist alles sehr sauber gewesen und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns rundum Wohl gefühlt und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder, Auch der Service war einwandfrei.

Eine schöne Zeit in Sylt

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Auch in quasi letzter Minute haben wir noch eine recht günstige und zentrale Ferienwohnung bekommen. Die Lage ist zentral und von dort aus kann man alle Orte auf Sylt bequem erreichen. Zum Strand und zur Innenstadt von Westerland kommt man zu Fuß. Der PKW-Stellplatz ist von Vorteil. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut und es wurde an alles gedacht. Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer haben uns gut gefallen. Der Balkon ist sehr gemütlich und praktisch um die Wäsche zu trocknen (z.B. Badesachen). Die Nachbarschaft war ruhig, nach vorne hin gibt es allerdings eine recht stark befahrene Straße, von der auch nach 23 Uhr noch Verkehrslärm kam (empfindliche Menschen könnte das stören). Die Schlüsselübergabe hat perfekt funktioniert. Brötchen kann man in der Nähe holen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. ;-)

Ein sehr schönes, sauberes Appartement

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut, alles sah neuwertig aus, die Ausstattung der Küche ist super gut. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand. Wir fahren wieder hin, Sylt und diese Wohnung haben es uns angetan, fahrt hin und seht es Euch selber an.
