Welcome to the Sion apartment, a 66 m² apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator, at 30 rue du 22 Novembre, in the heart of Strasbourg.
Spacious, bright and fully equipped, it is ideal for a stay of several weeks or several months as part of a professional assignment, studies or training.
The apartment includes:
a fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle and everything needed for cooking;
a comfortable living room with sofa, television and dining area;
two bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds;
a bathroom with bathtub;
separate toilet;
a washing machine.
Transport
The apartment benefits from a privileged location in the immediate vicinity of public transportation.
The closest tram stations are:
Iron Man (lines A, B, C, D and F)
Langstross / Grand'Rue (lines A and D)
You will be able to easily reach all the neighborhoods of Strasbourg.
Included services
The apartment is entirely private.
Upon your arrival, you will find:

Departure conditions
Standard end-of-stay cleaning includes general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.
Before your departure, you are asked to:
clean and put away the dishes;
empty the trash cans;
empty the refrigerator and freezer;
empty the dishwasher;
leave the accommodation tidy.
If you prefer not to perform these tasks, you can book the Complete Cleaning option at the rate of 60 € before your arrival.
In the absence of this option, and if these instructions are not followed, additional fees of 120 € will be charged.
Internal Regulations
Strictly non-smoking apartment.
It is forbidden to smoke, vape or use any other device producing smoke in the accommodation.
Non-compliance with this rule will result in a penalty of 250 € corresponding to cleaning costs.
Pets are not allowed.
Booking Conditions
This accommodation is offered exclusively on a mobility lease.
Tourist reservations or leisure stay bookings cannot be accepted.
