With well appointed King and Queen rooms and an additional full bed with trundle in a third bedroom, a games room and a private deck with hot tub and grill, everyone (from adults to children) will be in their element during your stay in the White Mountains.
There is enough dining space for all guests and an electric fireplace to stay warm on those cold winter nights.
You will be close enough to town (under 2 miles) to be close to it all, but far enough away to get away from it all to relax an unwind.
Towels and lines are provided and there is a washer and dryer for you to use for your convenience.
Enjoy complimentary teas and coffee during your stay and a small welcome gift on arrival.

This is a professionally run rental unit, which means there is a local team that are there for you whenever you need them, giving you additional peace-of-mind during your stay.
Need a local recommendation? A massage? Ski tickets? Just give us a call. If something isn`t working in the house then we also have a team on standby to make sure you don`t have to wait long until it is corrected so you can continue relaxing.

You will drive through tree-lined streets as you approach your destination.

A 3-4 min drive puts you right in the heart of North Conway Village. This clean, modern and cosy space is also in the perfect location for you to access the many Ski areas in the Valley - poised enough to avoid most traffic, close enough to town to be in the middle of it all, yet far enough out to escape the hustle and bustle when you need to - while soaking in the hot tub with a beverage of choice. A short drive from the Saco river makes it perfectly situated to enjoy everything the valley has to offer.
We allow up to three cars at this property to be parked on the driveway. A fourth car may be added but it should be parked in the garage at all times.
During Snow storms please move 2 cars under the covered porch on the right side of the house (one behind another) and one car in the garage so the snow removal company does not have a hard time with trying to plow around cars.

Absolutely no parties or events at this house.
This is a residential neighborhood and we have strict quiet times between 10pm and 8am.

Video surveillance is present on the driveway only.

Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.

The fire pit is available for use when there is no snow on the ground. Firewood is not provided.

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.

The hot tub is professionally maintained and is treated and tested before and after each reservation.

Cooling: Window units in all bedrooms and one in the kitchen—provided from May 1st through September 30th.
You need to be 25 or older to book.
Renters are responsible for cleaning the grill after use.
Hot tub is maintained by a professional company and they come every Wednesday or Thursday to service the tub.
No dogs on the furniture.
