Located in the Balcons de la Mer residence in the heart of Erquy, this 60 m² one-bedroom apartment accommodates up to 4 guests only 50 metres from the Plage du Bourg. Shops are around 250 metres away and the fishing harbour is approximately 850 metres from the property.

The living area opens directly towards the sea. It includes a lounge with sofas, armchairs and television, as well as a dining area where guests can enjoy meals with a sea view.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped for independent holidays: oven, induction hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, extractor hood, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

Sleeping arrangements include:
- 1 bedroom with Queen Size double bed 160x200
- 1 BZ sofa bed 140x190 in the living room

The large south-west-facing balcony becomes a natural extension of the apartment. It includes a table for 4 guests, sun loungers and an electric barbecue for outdoor meals overlooking the sea.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with lift access. A private garage in the basement of the residence makes arrivals and daily travel easier throughout the stay.

From the apartment, guests can easily alternate between swimming, coastal walks, harbour outings and discovering Cap d'Erquy.
